Another setback today - my hidden medical camp was discovered, raided and flattened, and my hatchback torched. Apparently the bandits spotted it from the air and landed nearby to rob me blind. How thoughtful of them to crash their Huey when lifting off again leaving me a big pile of dead bodies carrying Coyotes, L85, M249, M107, M14, M4A3 CCO, FAL, ghillies, NVG, RF, GPS, even satchel charges. Not exactly medical supplies, but hey, home delivery. Anyway service in the NE area might be somewhat disrupted as I need to find another spot, build a new camp and gather some medical gear. -

By all means. Some medics (or TMW affiliates) specialize in resupplying medics far from hospitals. Some of us set up medical camps that we can return to for supplies, and refill whenever we can get our hands on a vehicle. Where are you at? -

SoulShaper2 and I were killed by a hacker last night :( We more or less re-geared, but upon making the long hike to the North this afternoon I found my camp and vehicle were gone... not a happy medic. -

Don't take this the wrong way but, if you're not willing to trust patients enough to take that risk, I don't think being a Medic is the right job for you.

If your plan is to help freshly spawned players gear up with survival equipment and basic supplies, it doesn't really matter what skin you have. Just plant the tents and keep them stocked. If on the other hand you actually want to find and save patients, you can just participate in the "Need Medical Assistance?" thread and earn some goodwill there, potentially being Whitelisted by the Trusted Medics of the Wasteland. As far as I could tell, they don't care what your humanity is.

I can vouch to Teairra's medic career. He and his crew saved me and my patient in a very helpful and professional manner, then dashed off to evac the next casualty. Folks like him can't be thanked enough - no matter what his humanity score is!

Bernd and his awesome team just evac'd my (troublesome) patient and myself across the map. So professional, skilled and well prepared! Easily the best experience I've had thus far in DayZ. Had a great run with SoulShaper2 last night, he resupplied me and gave me some useful advice for safely dealing with patients. We made a supply run at Berezino Hospital and two fuel runs for his ambulance, then rescued and equipped a patient. What a nice fellow! I'm looking forward to working with him again. -

I just saved my first patient, unfortunately I'm very low on medical supplies due to a hacker attack (had to use my last morphine and painkillers on myself). If any medic is in the vicinity of Vybor and has one or two spare morphine injectors, blood bags and/or painkillers I'd be able to go on tending to patients in the region. Otherwise I'll need to go back to the coast on a hospital run... -

Dr. Wasteland and his TMW have been an inspiration to me and my friends - so we have decided to give back to the community and provide medical rescue services in EU servers (we are located at GMT+1, and typically play 19:00 to 01:00).
