    CortezV's post is far too coherent to be on these forums. I can say from years of playing ArmA II that "Waiting for server response" CAN be caused by the server owner/admin restarting the server.

    I've experienced this too, on several servers with vehicles since 1.5.8.4. I was able to repair a vehicle before the patch. For the same vehicle now the only option is to save it.
