it's a quote from suito telling me what to do i did what he said but the game has a pop up saying "bad serial number in setup"

"Also be sure u have selected the right folder, first time this was my mistake." i did what you said but it still said bad serial number in setup.......what do i do?

when i try to start the game it says, "bad serial number givin in set up" but i am not sure what the serial number is and what it is used for. if anyone knows how to solve this problem please help.
