If you aren't already familiar with it, newegg is a great site for computers and computer parts. You might want to add more details in there, such as budget range, laptop/desktop, do you need a monitor (or monitors), etc. -
You can't, as far as I know. A forum moderator has to do it.

M4A03 snipers aren't legit, they were scripted into the game at some point by a hacker. Battleye won't ban you for it, but server admins are allowed to ban you from their server if they catch you with it.

That's odd, I just got PMC the other day and I had no problems at all. I don't have the British DLC, however. Maybe that has something to do with it? -
M107 works just fine, and people who don't pull AS50 TWS's out of scripter camps would see the value in one. Nice collection you found.

You should assume that survivors in DayZ aren't proficient in firearm usage. In general, you would expect most people who end up holding a gun in the apocalypse have little to no experience at all with shooting. I think it's right around where it should be.

The problem with snipers is a direct result of the large number of scripted AS50's (especially the TWS) that have made it into circulation in DayZ. If there weren't so many in the system, people would be less inclined to snipe in large cities for fear of losing their equipment. Many times I've shot a sniper who looks like he ran into Cherno/Elektro straight from a hacker camp he found somewhere so he could try out his new toys. Sniping isn't the problem, the number of snipers is.

You were admin banned for wearing a hacked soldier uniform. Server admins are allowed to ban players for possession of hacked items at their discretion, regardless of whether or not you scripted it into the game.

If a 9mm bullet only does 889 damage in this game, a .22 would do so little damage it wouldn't be worth using. -
I'm simply answering your question. It is illogical to carry because you may get banned on a variety of different servers for having it. I had a friend who forgot he had a G36 clip in his bag and he got banned off of every other server he joined before he decided to just get rid of it. Many server admins take hacked weapons very seriously.

It's not logical to carry it because it's hacked and you're going to be targeted for admin bans on many servers.

SD ammunition is necessary for suppressed weapons because normal 5.56 NATO rounds would shred the suppressor. Suppressed weapons use low-velocity rounds.

There is no right answer to the question, it's all a matter of whatever you decide you feel like doing. You don't necessarily need choose some specific plan and stick with it, just play the game how you feel you should and decide, at the moment of the event, what the best course of action is. Some days you might feel like playing medic, others you might want to blow people's heads off for no good reason. It's your game, play it any way you want.
