Why haven't they starved to death yet?

A hacker going by the name of youre my son was hacking on US 1370. I came across him two times. The first being at the dock near Komoravo, the second being in Cherno. On the first encounter i had nothing except a jerry can and a hatchet (my hatchet was in my toolbelt to appear friendly) there were two other new spawns with me and thats when the hacker showed up. He was in a ghillie suit and had a M4A1 HWS M203. He killed me and the other player. On my second life I had been to Balota airfield and gotten an MP5 and a M6. I then headed to Cherno and found food,an ALICE,water, and ammo. I was on my way to the Cherno military tents when the hacker showed up in the street. I unloaded half of my MP5 clip into his body and then ran to the hospital realizing it was the hacker and there was no chance of killing him. I thought I was safe and was about to get some medical supplies from the hospital before heading to the tents. But then here he comes charging twords me with a fully automatic assault rifle, and in a panic try to alt F4, not realizing i was hitting the Z key. He shot me to death and I got frustrated, left the game, came to this website, logged in, and started to report this hacker. The time of day was 2:30 I know this hacker will probably not get banned because I have no evidence to prove it. Just look into it please, whoever reads this and get some evidence. I will be tracking this hacker with Dayz Commander on my friends list to see which servers he is playing on, and will try to get some video footage.

WRONG SIR! You are dead wrong and did not include all the info. I got banned earlier today for unfair reasons. I had just found a crashed heli and killed a sniper. I was running from the airfield was when i got the ban. I was the person that got the hackers gun, but the gun was a gun that was allowed in the DAYZ GAME! I had no clue he was a hacker until he teled everybody and then got banned! So next time admin include all of the information about the people you ban. Some people i didn't even know vouched for me and said they had come across me a few times and had not seen me hacking.P.S. I would not like to see Vaal get punished in any way as he seems a good and fair admin in the server, but TonyP is an issue. I don't know how good or bad the third admin is because i have yet to come into contact with him. EDIT: TheGDBatman is an issue *sigh*
