dmex i have a question for you, how long do you think it would take a small outfit to fix the bans(assuming they do). I'm done with the no response and the rug sweep for the issue, if it takes a while i might just write this game off for a bit which sucks cause i really like it.

I want to start this off by saying i support you and your team's efforts to this point. Also i want to clarify that this isn't a be a dick to rocket post. Really though? This is really your stance on this? "You will receive a ban from these forums if you post such a request, as you have been branded a known hacker." instead of saying something along the lines of "we know alot of people are having issues and we're looking into the problem" you come out and claim that the problem isn't with you game and that every ban is deserved and we're all hackers? Did Paul Christoforo get a job on the dayz team? All anyone wants is some reassurance that you might be looking into it. Not much to ask from a team who is about to launch a standalone product that many people would have paid 60$ for, and bought a few extra's for friends. We just want to hear that a mistake might have happened and we may get it resolved before the new year. Also it might be time to invest in a P.R. guy.

my ban is back, and i too had logged a few times trying to find a nighttime server when i got baned.

people can claim that no ban reversals ever happened. what i know are facts: 1)couldn't get on any servers due to a global ban. 2)can now get on, no ban. 3)could care less what anyone says about these facts because ill be in game. good day forums, hello dayz -ripper

After my ban (that was reversed) i realized something. 85% of this community is, for lack of a better term, hacker nazi's. The second they thought people might be hackers they grabbed their pitch forks and went after us like Frankenstien's monster. They wanted to throw a big part of us into the gas chamber even after we explained we didn't hack. But 15% that aren't special needs are amazing and that is fine. Understanding people will always be the minority but hopefully this taught some of the majority not to be jerks for no reason. I'll look forward to shooting those nazi's from my unbanned account for myself and all of you.

Because i have nothing better to do because i was banned from a game i adored, Allow me to answer and summarize my last post because very obviously you didn't bother to do much besides skim it before quoting it. Why we posted here was to attempt to get support from others who had the same problem, at least i did. what can it achieve, well as much as a link to support you wont hear back from. If you had bothered to read my post you would see there is not many places for us to post about it. Let me pose a question being you wanted to personally attack my post with out reading or understanding it, If it was you, a friend or family member would you come down from the high, high horse you road in on and maybe show some understanding to the fact we didn't ask you to judge but to be an understanding part of the community? What makes you think for one minute that we all didn't send an email and AFTER that fact come here because we cant do the thing we wanted to do (play dayz). So yes it would make us feel better and yes it would change something, we might not feel abandoned by the community that we came to for support.
