Charged with: Spawning weapons Spawning vehicles Teleporting Saw the "Report! STAND DOWN!" radio logs Instantly killing a comrade Stream of the entire thing. Proof of the hacking at about 44:30. He clearly spawns a chopper and even says he teleported to me to give us stuff. This is a PERFECT example of stream sniping.
