Rather surprising with the weapons listed. I had that effect recently shooting the M14 from a control tower in town on Lingor. Think I ended up with about 150 kills out of that one.

How many Urals per server? Oh yeah-one. How many PBX's? Oh yeah-also one. If a Ural or PBX dies, how quickly does it respawn? next server start. Kill a chopper, wait 7 days. Chopper storage: 30 items and 3 weapons/tools. Ural storage: 200 items, 50 weapons/tools, an 8 backpacks. A Ural is a freaking mobile base, and that is not, in your eyes, a desirable vehicle? As others have said, at this point, all you are doing is putting your fingers in your ears and yelling "lalala!"

And what does that have to do with choppers? I have yet to join a server where the zombies are flying choppers-the closest they come to that is spawning on the crashed ones. If you are saying having the choppers in game makes it impossible for anyone that does not have a chopper, I'm just going to have to disagree with you.

When are YOU going to understand that getting that high end shit as you call it, gives those who have it a better chance of survival. That makes it desirable. Part of surviving is obtaining better tools to survive with. In a real world situation, these tools WILL be available to those bold and smart enough to seek them out. I'm sorry that you want everyone to run around with makarovs and maybe a hunting knife, but that is not the game that Rocket has given us, nor is it (my guess here-worth exactly what you pay for it) what the standalone will be. If you can't wrap your head arounnd that, then there is nothing else I can say to you-we will have to agree to disagree. I suspect you will be very disappointed in the standalone, though.

Maybe once you have the high tier stuff. Let's be honest though-what does it take to OBTAIN the high tier stuff? You seem to think that (hackers excluded), some players just spawn in with that equipment. The high tier weapons and equipment are difficult and dangerous to obtain. If I want to take the risk and sucessfully obtain these items, why should I be penalized because YOU cant find anything better than a Makarov? The equipment is available to EVERY player in the game. Either go get get it, or quit crying that other people did.

Are you looking for high or low pop? Vigilant Addiction is adminned well, but they are low pop at this time (they want to change that, so consider this a plug).

Hell with that, I put all my shit on the runway of NWAF, right by the northern barracks. No one will EVER find it there. Got my choppah and Ural there too.

If you think this is such a swell idea, get Rocket to sign off on it. Me, not impressed.

This. I don't even go into those cities, unless I just got killed and spawned in by them. If I do end up in them, I can make it through just find with nothing whatsoever. The highest tier weapon in the game cannot be found on a crashed heli, dead sniper, or in the barracks. It's on your shoulders-use it instead of whining how unfair it is that other people have these things and you don't.

WAAAAAA. Some people have better equipment than others and it gives them an advantage! THAT'S THE FRICKIN POINT!!! Sheesh guys, if there is no equipment that is better than other equipment, what is the point of looting? WOOHOO!! I just found another can of beans....just like everyone else. :rolleyes: You know that having high value loot spawn, makes the loot that spawns there, by definition, have HIGHER VALUE. What's funnier to do in this situation is just to loot his pack but leave him alive. Then wait for someone to pop on here bitching about "My pack ate my gun! WTF?"

On login. US228 where I have two camps. Started a week ago. Admin says everything is up-to-date. Couple other servers give me #40 and #98. All servers that I can't join are empty-if i try to join a pub that already has players, I have no issues.

I can't guarantee I don't have something duped or scripted in at some point...don't know the history of every weapon in my collection, but I do know that everything I have is a legit DayZ weapon. No AS50 TWS (only .50's I have are M107''s), no gold weapons, no M4 Holo SD/M203, etc.

Hmm, I never had an issue finding them. Does it have enough fuel in it to get to a fuel station? If you can get to a fuel station, you don't NEED a jerry can-it will automatically refuel.

If I can ever get back on my homeserver, I'll give you an FN-FAL NV for a Mk48 or an M4 Holo M203.
