basically instead of transfusing someone with a blood bag you could do it with your own blood. it would take longer that normal, 100-200 or so blood per second until the transfusion is stopped and require somethinhg like a consumable needle or a needle that degrades and keeps having and increased risk of infection to both parties everytime it's used. so for example my friend could have 6000 blood and i could have 12000 so wityh a needle i could give him 3000 blood and then we'd both have 9000, this would take 15-30seconds to complete, however. edit: also suggested here and on reddit to add blood types, base it on real world percentages as well, type o is best for donating but worst for recieving and the opposite for ab, etc. and also add that modifier to blood bags. sorry for any spelling mistakes / lack of capitalization, i typed this out on my tablet.

and some sort of test is needed to determine your blood type, so you could risk taking their blood without a test but it could end badly for you (unless you are ab)

or you coukd have a blood mule that keeps dying until cherno/elektro spawn or somewhere with a hospital on a low pop server, gets a bunch of blood bags and runs too your group rn? i dont see how this breaks anything. to recon, raiding hospitals would still be neccesary as this wouldnt result in a net increase of blood.
