I heard about that fight, sounded immense! Props to you for doing a suicide-mission, we did similar with a tube-frame driving into a Huey... we didn't die though just got out of the burning wreck as if nothing happened....

Firstly, I hope you went back and finished raiding that tent. Secondly, I hope it wasn't my tent... if it was then I hope my first point was ignored. Few questions: How do you know it was him that killed you? How do you know that group of 4 didn't venture elsewhere? There's always a chance of running into other players, I'd suspect that this was the case. That or he had been tracking you till you got to that tent, then took his opportunity. I've done the aforementioned previously when the server is quiet, it's more common at those times that players will tent hunt, loot farm and generally become more oblivious of others.

We play on BMRF hives also when we want a lot of PVP, it's a bit manic though so don't even begin to get fond of your gear! Sad to see you go Cactus! Watch out for T-SaC on BMRF!

Did he Tickle you to death? If not, that is not cool. I've never seen him on TS3 but I've spotted him infrequently on the server. What was suspicious about it?

Well said Aron. I'm not going to discuss any more allegations of suspicious behaviour on the server, if you're that paranoid then leave. People can play as they like, if you shoot on sight or not that makes no difference. It's a game.

How else do you propose I defend myself? The suspicious behaviour you're presenting is a known bug (setting on fire) and either a massive amount of 'luck' or another bug (respawning near my body on the coast). I start shouting "don't shoot me" to try and talk to you, as I was as shocked as you that I was there. You then just shot me and refused to speak which just pissed me off, if you ever shoot me whilst I'm posing no threat I absolutely will shout profanity. Following this I then get accused of hacking/scripting and generally cheating. ...and this is the part you expect me to react in a friendly manner?

The above paragraph wasn't aimed at yourself Chopper. Never had a dispute with you. What I aimed at you, was the comment that talking on TS solves nothing. The admin aren't made aware of any conversations had and it becomes one persons voice against anothers.

TheHet - I fail to see your point, I haven't combat logged/hacked/scripted or whatever. I got a weird spawn after a few suicides. I died twice yesterday, then proceeded to suicide numerous times to get a spawn that wasn't Kamenka hence my topping of the charts. Calibre - Homophobic obscenities? Please don't use words you clearly haven't quite got the grasp of. I gained nothing from a spawn near my dead body... if I wanted to gain an advantage from cheating I'm pretty shit at it. Chopper - No I won't - I've been accused of cheating and I'll defend myself. There's no banter here. This is the communication available to the community as there's no side chat. What is said in TeamSpeak is on the fly and isn't recorded, this has been proven already in similar disputes. Your group quite frankly just lowers the tone of the server, you bring nothing good to the community. You whine about dying and as you're uneducated about the game's mechanics you falsely accuse others of cheating. I speak to every other group other than yours as all I receive is hostility and immaturity. I'm not saying leave the server, I just hope you stay quiet when I kill you.

I haven't insulted anyone who didn't deserve it. I got accused of cheating when I didn't, this is my retaliation.

Okay, if it happened to you and you spawned next to where you died - what would you do when someone accuses you of hacking/scripting?

Frankly it was quite amusing watching Calibre set on fire.

Get Mac to check the logs Calibre, I didn't get my first spawn back at Krutoy. If I was a scripter, I'd turn you into a sheep every time you logged on. I taste Calibre tears.

You're a fuckwit Calibre, I got a Krutoy Cap spawn after suiciding twice. Exploding into fire is a known bug, it also has no impact on gameplay. I literally ran in front of you at Krutoy Cap, don't blame me that you're deaf and blind. As I've said previously, why don't you just make your group even bigger. Hide in numbers - shit gamers united.

So I spotted some jokers at Krutoy Cap (2 swimming over to Skalisty out of my m16's range), myself and Papa went stealth mode and killed 3 (less than skilled) players chilling with a HMMWV and a Sandy off-road next to the light house. In the fight Papa gets rogered by a lil' guy with a shotgun before I take his head off. I grab some gear and make a retreat along the coast before being peppered with DMR shots knocking me out before I died. Obviously a gaggle of 'noobs' gets the job done... I respawn and I'm 20 metres south of my body... I run north to spot the DMR hooligan only for him to ignore my abuse I hurl at him over direct comms as he shoots me once more... The server restarts a minute later, ensuring their gear was lost. So after a few hours I decide to explore Skalisty island... why else would they be swimming over? I check every rock for tents as the kids these days think they're the cool place to hide tents. Jackpot. I find a bunch of tents wedged in rocks like physics didn't exist. Finding myself a lovely looking M14 Aim and some other bits and pieces I continue on to find the PBX. The owners it should be said, fucking love to collect vehicle components, considering they can't shoot anything I guess fixing vehicles is their thing. Later on, it got dark (this is quite normal on an evening) and I got presented with some NVGs from my group and went to Stary Sobor spotting a burning helicopter in the distance to the south. By then there was a group of 4 of us all with fairly decent equipment. As I carelessly run towards the possible loot on the chopper Andy spots a ghillie in the forest to the east, checking the player list there's only the dicks from earlier so ... hunting begins. Andy takes out the ghillie and we watch for more players, as we spot nothing I attempt to get to the body. As I reach the tree line I spot 2 players, my team proceeds to distract them by shooting from a distance as I use their M14 on them to get some murders. They proceeded to rage quit the server. Thanks for the gear Inglourious Bastards - and yes I did hear your 4th player make hasty retreat in your vehicle.

I don't expect Mac to be able to watch over the server all the time, however, when there are numerous reports of a single player breaking the rules I don't expect for them to receive special treatment because of their age.

I'd agree that Mac's recent responses to reports of combat logging and general misconduct have been less than... convincing. Niek is a prolific twat on the server and has received several warnings for combat logging and other shitty behaviour and yet when we reported him combat logging this weekend (twice in one day)... Mac's only response was that he's "only a kid". He's not 5 years old, I'm fairly sure if he turned into a script kiddie it wouldn't be acceptable. There's rules for a reason, if you decide to break them several times even after admins warning you - you deserve to be banned permanently. If not what's stopping me from hacking, abusing bugs or combat logging. As far as I'm concerned I'm certain I could get away with it all if I wanted to (I know others already are).
