Just to confirm, all three vehicle types do work, have them on my server, I also temporarily fixed the script restriction problem on my server by giving everyone survivor models and putting their humanity to default.

They acknowledge on their twitter feed that there is an issue with the server crashing on startup.

Andy, you have been unbanned. We take hacking very seriously, and you are very lucky to be getting back on the server. You should realize that in real life, being with someone who is committing a crime (and doing nothing about it), you are as guilty as them. In other news, we are trying very hard to move over to the London datacentre with our host. It has proven to be quite difficult to actually attain a slot, so please be attentive for that. If our IP changes, we will be updating this thread.

I saw London was open, was about to switch over and then it was sold out a second later. Would it be possible to save a slot for us or something, as we have been eager to switch from Washington to London, but it's impossible to catch it at the right time.

Our host was hacked and our database got deleted, we will have to wait until it is restored from the backup on their end. Please be patient as it should not be long now.

After consulting with our awesome host, it seems he found the root of the issue, so there should be no issues in connecting, as always, if you have any issues, post away.

Ok, I have found a temporary fix to the issue. In case any admins or anything stumble upon this, problem was that the players weren't getting added to the survivors table, so I have written a script so that all profiles have a survivor entry added to them. It runs every few minutes... so if you log into the game and it doesn't work, come back in a few minutes and it should work. Anybody who has had this problem on my server before should be fixed now. It also appears that about half of my player's survivor entries had been deleted, so anybody who previously couldn't play before should be able to play now. If waiting a few minutes does not fix the problem for some people, please post here and I can fix it manually. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Did you use the IP? I've found searching the name to be unreliable for some reason. It works for me on DayZCommander though (I can confirm that the server is up and that there are players online).

What just happened? My server went down and it appears my instance_vehicle database got wiped as there's nothing in it... trying to use the backup on the control panel and it does nothing.

Anyway to access the backups directly, or restore individual players, or just the vehicles? I've had players get glitched or hacker killed and all I can do is either: a) nothing B) give them some supplemental gear, which isn't really fair. I would like to be able to go into the backups and restore a player individually if that is in anyway possible. (Even just the files would be nice, as I'm fine working within the database.)

Hi, I have recently come across a new error that has crippled my ability do play DayZ. I've searched the internet/forums for more than a week before resorting to posting here. I could not find any solution. The error I receive states "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error." This happens after hitting "Ok" in the waiting screen after opening the game. The loading bar loads 2/3 of the way and stops for a minute before displaying the error. I started receiving this error after allowing Six Updater to update to the latest OA version. This error also creeps up sometimes trying to play with other addons, however, I am able to play normal multiplayer. I have also tried DayZ Commander, but the damage seems to have been done. I've tried reinstalling BattleEye using every technique out there. I've completely reinstalled OA to no avail. Does anybody have any idea how I could fix this as I'm really itching to get back on, and keep on surviving. Thank you for any assistance. EDIT: I have also tried launching with and without Steam.
