I agree this is something I would love to see in the game, as well as a comeback of being able to get sick. Not a lot of motivation to come to towns/high pop areas if I can just kill one cow and get 3 days worth of food. The hunt for antibiotics would be great

Wait what is going on at Green Mountain?

There is nothing worse than a combat logger. I was counter-sniper people from the hale bail filled hill north of electro (taking out Dobry snipers) a guy spawns on top of me and puts a bullet in my head. Thankfully the server crashed seconds after so I respawned with my gear and moved my position, but it was a close run thing.

My friends favorite pasttime is to go onto Dobry Hill on a low pop server, log onto a full server, and run down the hill to axe a question to every person in sight. No answer yet.

Something similar happened to me the other day. Got killed in a hanger at NWAF and respawned in Cherno. Went through the apartments and found a Ghille suit, followed by a body on top of the hospital with an AS50 and an L85 AWS. Needless to say I went up the hill and added to the kill count.
