Are private hives already out, or no??? Personally, this is my preferred method for playing as it prevents server hoppers from taking everything of value within the first 5 minutes of it up, and then bouncing off to another server to ruin the loot for other people. -

Totally agree with this one. People need to be more patient. For starters, I believe most of the team were relaxing for a few days here. This is good, because i'm sure they know they have one hell of a work load set out for them for the next year, so I really hope they enjoyed the break. Secondly, they received more revenue than they had anticipated. This is a great thing! Give them some time to plan and improve the roadmap for the game updates with the new resources. I'm sure that once they have everything discussed and planned out that they will start cranking things out more quickly. They are trying to do it right, everyone! It takes time. I wish people would have more patience. -

Yep. And sometimes the Pilot zeds drop NVGs, too. Low chance but it can happen.

Also worth mentioning, There are a few Hotels on the map too. These offer a TON of Medium level Residential loot. There are at least 5 piles on all 4 floors and then some. You could grab 3 newly spawned characters, have them run through it and all come out literally armed to the teeth with starter materials and sidearms. Also fun places to have gun fights :P These are indicated by the small house icons on the map at: Calamar Hotel: 2048, -4782 Medlina Hotel: 956, -5159 Western Side Hotel: 396, -4645 Corazon Hotel: 3196.5, -2925 I noticed you're using the same color coordinators as the map at http://dayzdb.com/map If so, Residentials are blue.

I'll add more as I travel around. Hopefully i'm not the only one who can contribute here. Lingor is chalk FULL of good loot spawns.

I wouldn't recommend adding every single lootable area because there are TONS for lower yield stuff. But adding important areas like barracks, control towers, hospitals, gas stations, offices, etc is probably a good idea. [Calamar Area] Military (ATC Tower), Medium, 2276, -4615 Office Building, Low, 2257, -4640 Military (Hangars), Low?, 2272, -4558, 2272, -4578, 2264, -4671 & 2263, -4722 These surround the northern Hangars - Military (Barracks) High, 2239, -4537, 2250, -4537, 2238, -4548, 2253, -4550, 2238, -4561, 2254, -4560, 2238, -4572, 2254, -4570, 2253, -4584, 2263, -4594 & 2274, -4594 Hospital, High, 1889, -4771 Super Market, Medium, 2199, -4754 I know there are more, like the huge frickin hotel in the middle of town, but i'll have to go in game to do more cartography work here.
