  1. Daaft (DayZ)

    "Connecting Failed" for every server

    I had the exact problem, I followed these steps and now it works: http://dayzmod.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=4119
  2. Bump, still haven't sorted this ;_;
  3. Yesterday I bought ArmA II:CO off Amazon (non-Steam version) and have been trying connect to servers, but I get the above error every time I try. A few notes: -I have installed Day Z via DayZ Updater from Worrom (it all appeared to be successful) -@Day Z appears on the top right when I open ArmA II:CO -I have put '-mod=@dayz -nosplash' (without apostrophes) in the shortcut target line -I have updated Battleye to the latest version -I have tried reinstalling both ArmA II and CO -I have done some port forwarding with the ports in this thread: http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?75057-Multiplayer-Connecting-failed -I have run the cmd 'netsh winsock reset' -I have tried running the game through Steam (as a non-Steam game) And I STILL can't connect to anything :[. It's driving me insane, I'd really appreciate if anyone can provide some other suggestions to get me connected! I've just spotted the help to get the Amazon version working, I'll try all that stuff then report back here.
