    Stuck on Loading

    Hey everyone. I just downloaded the game today and have not been able to play at all. One of two things happens. I enter the lobby of a server and within 10 seconds I receive "connection to host lost" or I make it through the lobby and begin to connect before I get stuck on a black screen that simply says loading. I've never even created a character or anything. Once I got to a screen that wanted me to choose gender but it froze there. I feel like I was really excited for this game from all I had heard but now I just wasted 30 bucks. Any help or advice would be great. I'm currently reinstalling everything. We'll see...

    Lost Connection to host

    kroner.mike posted a topic in DayZ Mod Troubleshooting

    every time I attempt to connect to a server, regardless of any variables, I lose connection to host within 30 seconds of entering the lobby. I have been unable to play yet. All I can think of is getting booted by host, but it has happened a dozen times thus far. Any advice, suggestions, fixes? I downloaded everything properly, and quickly too, and was sure to follow all of the directions.
