I don't trust "friendlies" anymore. I've been shot in the back too many times because i trusted someone yelling "friendly". Even the unarmed ones either suddenly whip out an axe and chop you, or better yet: lure you in to an area where he has buddies just waiting to snipe anyone dumb enough to trust their bait. So yes, i shoot on sight on anyone i don't know in real life, unarmed or not. 3 months of taking shots in the back does that for you.

There's a bug in the game, where for example eating and drinking sounds are played when someone comes near you. He could have heard some munching sounds coming inside the house and decided to shoot you thru doors. Of course he might have been stalking you for a while and when he saw you going in the house and not leaving, he could just guess that you're still inside there. Did he fire several shots or just one aimbot/wallhack headshot? It's entirely possible for any player to spray the house with bullets and with a little luck hit you in the process.

The Zed aggro-behaviour in this patch seems to be going in the right direction. In the earlier builds when you went in the middle of a town with buddies and started to have some "good ol' mowing down the zeds" kind of fun, they were running/warping all over the place, plus the fps got real lousy if you got more than 1 buddy there with you. Now the zeds seem to run a bit slower and definitely more consistently in the direction of the player they're mad at, and you can actually help out your buddy with some well aimed shots.

I can confirm this with the newest beta patch Build_95819. Happened to me today while playing on FI 1, also reseted my kills/headshots.

Server: DE 10 Time: 21:00 [uTC+2] Situation: Hacker teleported all the players on the server up in the air killing them. No idea about the identity of the hacker.
