You wouldn't be able to distinguish a murderer from a normal person in real life, for all I know my friendly neighbour could be a serial killer. Bandit skins remove all the suspense. -
Okay, so I had one major problem with this patch as of now. I killed some crazy axe murderer who tried to kill me in elektro, and after a while I was suddenly teleported into the sea where some dude with bandit skin was swimming right in front of me, a second later I was in elektro again, now with my bandit skin, and I was swimming on the ground until I could walk again a few seconds later. So far so good, now the game got very laggy, even though my ping was excellent, players jumped around, zombies didn't move, I couldn't bandage myself. I managed to kill some other axe murderer before he could kill my friend who was playing with me. Then some random guy with an AK shot me from behind, and I was hit several times. My vision was blurry and I was supposed to have a broken bone (the symbol was showing) but I could still move. The guy backed away and I ran after him until I finally fell down because of the broken bone. He came back and pumped another magazine into my body, my blood was at -39000 (minus!) but I didn't die, I shot him with my lee enfield and he died. I walked around for another 10 seconds until I finally fell down, where I could still move my head for 5 seconds, then I was dead. The other guy probably thought I was a cheater^^

I agree with most of your suggestions, though it would be incredibly hard to implement all of them. The only thing I don't like is vehicles like tanks and jets, average survivors shouldn't even know how to drive/fly those. Also what do you mean by trading vehicles, because nothing should stop you from just taking any vehicle you want, no artificial restriction to who can enter it, or do you mean the keys to the vehicle? -
I will kill any living (not undead) thing I come across, be it cows, sheep, friendly survivors, bandits. If I happen to travel through a spawn area and somebody spawns near me *bang* (or possibly *chop*) and he's dead. So I guess I'm not a spawn killer, I don't do it on purpose, though sometimes I really enjoy pretending to help freshly spawned people, get to know them, show them some good loot, maybe give them a weapon, listen to their excited voice thanking me and then take out my axe and butcher them. Makes me feel complete.

I agree with your suggestion. Unlike many other suggestions here it actually would give the player more freedom, and it isn't overly complicated or impossible to implement. Also it would serve to make cooperation more attractive in certain situations, while you still can choose to do everything on your own and kill every other Survivor you come across.
