IP's only you can use windows firewall. guids, maybe theres a mod somewhere for that? Search the ArmA2 community. But why didnt you post this in the private server forum? -

Yes he can. The official rules only apply to servers connected to the official hive. Private hive == NO rules whatsoever! Doesnt matter where he hosts it. Those rules are for official hive.

Its a private hive, he can do what the fuck he wants. He can ban you for looking at him wrong.

Ehh, no? Fuck off. And no, you may receive a ban, but then they are admin abusing. Dispute your ban here, and they are forced to lift it because they went against DayZ rules when banning for possession

As far as I know none-few servers are being blacklisted. Honestly I dont think DayZ staff gives a fuck, but maybe DayZ staff can reply and enlighten us? -

I just log on to RDP, and press X on the server console window :) Then i doubleclick my start.bat :)

Let people know you are restarting like 5 minutes in advance, you can write/talk in global by logging in as admin. Press X on server window, start however you start it.

If you dont have the aim to properly kill someone that is caught off guard you deserve to lose the loot.

I would like to know this aswell. I'm beginning to think that certain rules, and shit are made with intent. The rules are a BIT too hacker friendly for it to be coincidental. -

This is a forum that is advocating breaking the rules of DayZ openly. They openly admit to kicking/banning players for being in possession of a hacked weapon, and they also admit to not posting their kicks/bans on this forum as required by the DayZ rules. I do not agree with the current ruleset, but I have to follow it, and so do you. I would recommend any admin not to join this ... "as-bad-as-hacker" Forum. ACtually not following given rules is actually worse than hacking, its admin abuse. And I'l take a hacker over an admin abuser any day. -
