I agree, but I find myself asking "why should I leave the coast?" Its there or NWAF that you will find players. I cant remember the last time I came across someone in some random location. I can get everything I need along the coast, and the only reason to go to NWAF is to DM with all the campers with DMRs trained on the entrance to the barracks. I cant wait for the standalone so we can get rid of all these bastardised private hives that everyone hates, but are the most populated. -

I played it once for about half hour and wasn't overly excited about it. Might give it another go, just to be sure -
Most servers I play on have Direct chat removed, sometimes as well as side, sometimes side remains. Now I can see the point of removing side, what with the number of children under 12 playing, but getting rid of Direct? In my opinion, that's basically FORCING you to KoS. I'd much rather have the opportunity to (try to) befriend someone rather than see who is the quickest to pull the trigger. Thoughts?

I dont feel as if I'm being flamed, so if anyone was trying, sorry it didnt work ;) There have been 2 servers I've come across with direct disabled. Dont really see a need to name them, after all, maybe they are trying to encourage PvP? They arent my permanent server, nor do i condemn them for doing it. i just thought it was interesting and liked to hear what you guys thought.

Exactly. Servers in question are private hive, Aussie servers (not all of them of course!). It's getting harder to find a good, populated, vanilla aussie server.

I think it DOES matter, hence LFD2. Pretty sure you can't get the uncut version on Steam if you're in Oz. I could be wrong tho...

I've just started tinkering with gameplay recording and video editing.
