Hey chokko, I usually only get a chance to play fri/say nites, am getting sick of playing as a lone wolf and would be glad to show you the ropes. Granted, I am certainly no pro, but know the game well enough to be self sufficient. Add me on steam if you wanna catch up. I'm currently in zelengorsk but am happy to make my way back to the coast. If any other newbies are around, feel free to add me as well, would be happy to impart what little wisdom I have :) Steam name is same as forum name. Hopefully catch up with some peeps fri night! -
So I was sneaking up to a deer stand, lit only by the moon and stars. I could see a few zombies walking around, no bother, I'll just wait till they wander off. My path soon cleared so I began my belly crawl to see what bountys would soon be mine, when all of a sudden, my headphones scream at me..."I can see you" in a cold, deathly tone! Needless to say, I promptly logged out after logging into my undies! Anyone else had this experience? Besides the skid marks I mean...

Get the game, play thru some of the in game tutorials to get a grip on the controls, and your ready to experience the AWESOMENESS of dayz :) I don't think you'll regret it

I payed 30 of my hard earned dollars for this mod, and with all the hacks, glitches, bugs, and lack of updates I cannot even play it! Please PLEASE Rocket, can you refund my money in full, as I don't appreciate you releasing this mod and not supporting it! I have PM'd you my bank account details. Please issue ASAP. Oh and one more thing...of course I am being sarcastic. I fucking LOVE this mod, and I will be at the front of the long long cue to pay my hard earned dollars for the standalone. I know this is an alpha. I know you provided this to us all for for NOTHING. Keep up the good work dev dudes, I for one appreciate everything you are doing.

Since I never got into minecraft, the minecraft pricing model is foreign to me. I understand the SA alpha will be 'heavily discounted', but will this be the only payment? Or do you have to pay for every 'major' release? Thanks!

i never seem to have an issue with vaulting over barbed wire...its a pain in the arse to find that 'sweet spot' to remove it tho!

Thank you to everyone that read the SECOND paragraph. I do think the whining is getting out of control, and to be honest, it seems to me the majority of this community is becoming overly aggressive. Maybe it's got something to do with the zombie apocolypse :)

I have a theory. If everybody stops posting about hackers, maybe they will slowly disappear. If they don't get recognition, what's the point? What do you guys think?
