Would have been easier to have a voting poll but meh. I say yes, remove it, replace wire fence spawns with sandbags, the ratio from what i see is 10 wire fence itejms to every 1 sandbag, sandbags are way too rare. As others have mentioned, wire fencing is being used by greifers to piss players off causing them graphic glitches. Remove untill fixed.

I can confirm this story to be real. Not 4 nights ago on our private hive server, 4 of us ingame, 3 were up at north west air strip, i was one of those 3, the other guy was way across the map at berinzino an through side channel chat he asked which one of us just hopped into his car, into the drivers seat? we respond with "what are you smokin lol, us 3 are at NWAS looking for ammo". Still this guy swore his telling the truth, that some player just ran up and jumped into his car, i told him to jump into the car with him, to which he replied "i already have, his not stealing my car" yet this player just sat there and did not drive anywhere, i told our mate to try scroll into the drivers seat but he could'nt, next thing that happened was this ghost jumped into the back seat, oh & btw im also an admin on this private server so it was kinda freaking me out aswell as the others, i couldnt understand why this players name wasnt showing up in the list, or how did this ghost player get the password to enter our server? So i told our mate to just shoot it, which he did and this ghost player bot creeper hunched over in the back of our mates car from 1 bullet to the head, but he didnt fall out the car, so now my mate was driving around with a dead corpse in his back seat lol. Man i feel ya in regards to how creepy this is, my only guess is that these creepers are just AI bots.

I wear my Hero clothes with pride, it sux not knowing what your Humanity is upto when log into a server, to find out i need to change into either camo clothes or a ghilli suit then logout then back in again so debug monitor shows true stats, wish they would fix it, last time i checked anyhow, my humanity is now climbing above +32,000, quite the bountry for some imbred buck toothed Bandit eh? so to all Hero's out there, wear your hero clothes with pride, it just might save your life. Personaly i dont trust anyone wearing a ghilli suit or camo clothes, they now only serve to aid bandits whom wish disguise there true identity. So i wont approach those wearing them.

This one time at band camp, i almost shit myself, so close a turtle head was poking out. The server had roughly 7-8 players ingame, i was casualy running through an open padock when spotted a crashed heli, using my DMR to snuff out the military & pilot zombies from a safe distance before going in for the loot, when i got just meters from the heli gunfire rang out and bullets started wizzing past my head and could hear them land all around me, i zig zagged like never before, i high tailed it outta there, i was like "fuck the loot, its not worth it, still the bullets were hitting the ground either side of me as i zig zagged for least 300-400 meters till got over the top of a hillside, i felt like one of those ducks at a carnival shooting range lol.

Pretty much what the title says, why no female Zombies? the game needs zombie girls. Now i think of it, how about having zombies dressed pending what area they are in, example would be, female zombies wearing bikini's if near the beach, zombies near farm houses or barns should be dressed more redneck like. You get the idea?

On server US 2241 recruit, me and 3 friends got attacked by hackers, there ingame names at the time were bolandnaise & haduk3n. The time was 11:55 EST. Not only did they turn up in a helicopter but also chased one of us on a ATV shortly after they had landed. 2 of my friends left the server but my other friend and i stayed and made our way back to where it happened attempting to get some equipment back since it was us who died, our corpse's were gone / hiden, they destroyed the ATV but left the helicopter parked right out into the open with no attempt to hide it, a little damaged making it unusable, obviously they dont care much for the helicopter probably because they can just spawn another willingly. Please check the logs and find out there IP address's and globaly ban these greifers, the DayZ community will be thankfull. I hope i've managed to give enough information and evidence that can help in erradicating this awesome game from cheating hackers. [Edit]: I'd also like to add that i my character had been alive for almost a week, i play roughly 8-10hrs each day <--(ok so i have no life lol) my humanity was about 12650 roughly & had just managed to top 2,000 zombie kills only moments before this occured. One would think that during a zombie apocolypse, the human race would band together to reduce the zombie population while increasing the human population? this is a zombie apocolypse simulation right? I try and picture how fun it would be if players were to start being kind to one another and helping each other survive, obtaining vehicles, tents, medical supplies & all the equipment needed to build there camp sites, like wire fencing, tank traps, sandbags and bear traps, allocate tents for storing food & drinks, medical supplies, weapons & ammo, vehicle repair parts, going out in squads using vehicles or on foot to eliminate the zombie population, seeking out more survivors to offer a safe haven, while rounding up more supplies. I just dont understand why survivors want to murder other survivors, suviving solo can be easy, but its lonely, strength in numbers and working as a team is so much more fun. I play this simulation as if it were real, my humanity is currently at +11,531 but i wear camo clothing, have over 1,600 zombie kills, only 1 murder, a freind who was bleeding out and being chased by a zombie, my MK 48 MOD 0 has a hair trigger and this time it decided to shoot a burst of 3 rounds instead of 1, wish it had the option for semi auto, burst & full mode... Is this what humanity has come to? in the statistics thread, perhaps knowing the % beetween the amount of good guys and bad guys out there would show what the human race has degraded to if had to endure a zombie apocolypse?

My survivor has been alive for days now, days before the 1.7.2.5 patch came through, when i updated i was already dressed in camo clothing, so i have not noticed any changes and had been wondering what the humanity effect was? my humanity is currently at 11270, probably because i have helped out many players by blood transfusions, morphine shots & bandages, i also have 1 murder :-( by mistake i shot my freind while trying to stop the zombie chasing him, my friend was bleeding out and i needed make an executive decision, our posse moved on while i chose to stay and protect his corpse untill we could figure out where he spawned back in. then ran to meet up and offer my best primary weapon to oppologise but he refused, he knew it was an accident.

I use Alt F4 since its the only way i can close the DayZ game window to reply to any messages that come through my steam chat, i dont run DayZ through steam, when i try, for some reason lots of the servers become unavailable, & since im one of the head admins for a modded killingfloor server, i need to be able to access my steam group chat when my assistance is needed to deal with game exploiters or team griefers, so for me this suguested solution to those abusing the Alt F4 to evade death is like punishing the majority for the acts of a few. [Edited] Im a moron, i just realised i dont even use Alt F4 at all, i use Alt & TAB to close the game window to repsond to steam messages, derpa derp.

If going to introduce cigarettes into the game which i support 100%, could we also have cigars? i like the idea of it taking a X amount of time to stop the hands from shaking through the use of smoking tobacco instead of painpills immediate cure, painpills should be for fractures, as of now fractures eventually dissapear in a few minutes without the need for any medicine. Could also create a new rare item for the game, Zippo lighters, matchs should have a limit to there use, 25 matchs per box, but a Zippo can be used 100 times before runs outta fluid.

Checking in this morning to see if any response overnight? guess not, since i was in a bit of a rage posting what had happened to me, i forgot i left out the part where i had shot & killed someone only 5min before the hacker teleported everyone on the server into the air & to there deaths, it was on his corpse that i found the range finder, NVG, and M1A4 CCO SD & ghilli suit, i had already got the other stuff myself exc ept for the AS50, that was passed onto me by a friend once he found a DMR which he prefer's. the server we were playing on was US 1592, the hacker killed us all at around 2am australian time, i emediatly posted here in the thread soon after, taking into account our daylight savings time, it was about 3am this happened maybe, but if there are logs and if they are time stamped, the DayZ team can check them or battleEye can, and see im telling the truth and can catch the imbred retard who done it, i still want my gear back, i gained it fairly, just like every other time i built up my survivor only to have some hacker ruin my progress :-(

Well it has happened again, just when i build up my character finding a ghilli suit, a AS50 with 4 clips, M1A4 CCO SD with 4 clips, M9 SD with 5 clips, Range finder binoculars, NVG, coyote backpack, a blood bag, 2 morphine shots, some steak i hunted down, when some bottom puss maggot decides to jump into the server and warp everyone on the server up into the air only to fall to there death, i have had an absolute gut full of this happening to me, everytime i die it is from some hacker, im cool with being killed by other players or zombies by ligit means, but this is seriously pissing me off as im sure many others are getting, i want my equipment back, i spent so much time aquiring it through fair play, i would appreciate a response from one of the DayZ team please, because this is one friendly gamer who is about to walk without looking back.

Guess it was time i created an account and gave some feedback after now playing this game for 2 weeks solid, expecially after last nights encounter with hack / hackers? Having survived for 4 days straight racking up over 1600 zed kills and only 1 murder in self defence, me and my 6 freinds who also were online and ingame on same server were minding our own business up at the NEAS when suddenly one by one within a time frame of 3 seconds were dead, sniped with no sound of any rifle being fired, naturaly we were upset for we are all freindly players willing to help out strangers, we like to share those stories of how we helped others round a camp fire while eating some beans or unfortunate live stock we had killed and gutted. All of my freinds whom now had to start from scratch decided to switch to another server now that some tool decided to play terrorist, but i stayed, i decided to attempt making a run back upto the NEAS to see if could scavenge some equipment back, as i got 3/4 of the way up i noticed the winchester i had found and carrying in hand suddenly turned into a brittish anti material rifle, the most powerfull sniper rifle in the game, plus my backpack turned into the best backpack in the game, it was a huge WTF moment, i stopped to see what was inside the backpack, it was loaded with goodies, a ghilli suit, a m16 with the red dot open scope and silencer attached, had also NVG and range finder binocular + other goodies etc, but then suddently everyone on the server died, i was still in a team voice chat with my buddies who were on other servers being told the same thing was happening to them? and that all the players on that server were killed, almost simutanously did all the players on the server i was on & the players of the server they were on were wiped out? But what if some of the players who had recieved these goodies decided to abort out of the game? taking with them all the equipment? before like all the rest, were killed? i wonder how many out there are now equiped to the teeth and survived the oncoming server wide slay by aborting out? perhaps a system wide wipe of all players listed in the main hive database is required? So how is this possible i wonder? who could possibly have this kind of ability? has someone in the DayZ development team gone rouge and thrown a hissy fit? would the dayZ development team want there player base / betta testers to be treated in such a manner? my opinion of this matter is that its cruel concidering how some of us players have spent days trying to build up our survivor only to be hacked by some douch bag to death through the use of someone cheating or abusing there privelages. The graphic glitch i can accept and work around while still hoping a patchfix comes through soon (Note: i did read through a bug reporting thread about this issue, some 14 pages of comments but not 1 reply from one of the DayZ team to reasure the players confidence its being looked into) The battleEye script description #55 involving vehicles i can accept and continue on playing holding onto hope a fix will come. But this kind of abuse and cheating as mentioned above i refuse to accept, for me its the straw that broke the camels back. In another thread players were mentioning how this has cost them money while others response to that its a free mod, yes its a free mod, but perhaps those players are like me and were suguested this game by a friend? i am not interested in playing Arma2, i baught the Arma2 combined operations souly to play DayZ, i enjoy playing games that consist of surviving zombie appocolypse's, Thats my 2 cents, like it or not, take it or leave it, lots of Pro's & Con's with this game, one must expect critisism and praise, its has great potential, but looks to have many loop holes, this is just my own opinion tho also shared by those i have spoken with, i might add in that im 34yrs of age and have been gaming since i could walk down to the local arcade parlor and play a pinball machine or arcade game for just 20 cents, my feedback is usually welcomed when playing either L4D2 or KillingFloor, i guess thats why i was made one of the head admins on 2 of the most successful modded servers for both game servers called mgftw<-L4D2 & IGC-International Gaming Comunity<-KillingFloor. I understand this is still in the Beta stages, it sure is helping sell copies of Arma2 im certain, still some bugs needing to be weeded out as im also sure the DayZ dev team is aware of, for example the fact that ghilli suits or camo clothes allow the player to duplicate backpacks, ok this post tho its my 1st since only created this account just moments ago is probably long enough, so ill leave it there and check back in to see if caught any attention, it might take a couple days for me to get over last nights incident and persist on with enjoying this game due to its zombie surviving realism, it is the best zombie appocolypse simulation i have played.
