There seems to be a lot of evidence for mistreatment here. Maybe we will hear something from else the provider regarding these screenshots. Being that defcon have been in the business a while this seems rather odd.

Yeah you could be waiting as long as ten days for an instance ID. Some providers have the instance IDs ready so your server is good to go right after setup. Make sure you always look around!

If they are waiting for dayz team to whitelist IDs it can take anywhere from a few hours to 10 days. Unless you pre-ordered I imagine they have the IDs and should be good to go after they put it in. All in all you'll have to contact them.

Keep in mind you need windows. I'd imagine your minecraft servers run off some run of linux currently.

In a VPS environment the time can typically be changed, however as mentioned in a shared environment (Run off a control panel like TCAdmin.) it has to changed for the entire computer.
