I've never seen so many people buying Arma II CO just to play a mod. There has been much talk in the irc chat and in side channel on servers from people running fresh copies of the game just to play the mod. I'm also pretty glad that there is a new way to RP over the dreaded Taki/Zargabad life servers that aren't worth much (in my opinion). This mod is breathing new life into this game. Too bad you guys can't get commission from new sales of the game to help fund future development of this mod and possibly moving it to Arma III in the future.

If there was a cure to the infection, why wouldn't they have used it on other infected zombies already to clean up the mess? Also, if you were infected, the only reason you'd need another player to help you would be to feed on him/her after you change over. Bandits already have to play it very careful as it is. Where as regular players potentially have strength in numbers, bandits have to tread lightly and plan more carefully.

I have the same issue still. I load into any available server, set down a fireplace and see it on the flat surface in front of me. I cannot access it to light it in any way. It is glitched perhaps. It has been this way for me for the past few days. I'm stuck with having to scavenge for canned food since cooking raw meat with no fire will lead to all kinds of potential health problems. There appears to be no solution after loading in and out of various servers trying to set a fireplace down and light it. Again, the fireplace is actually visible. However, it's not accessible in any way. I've tried setting the fireplace down on various surfaces, but that doesn't work either.
