You didnt read correctly. He got banned cause someone else had spawned in the illegal weapons. He didnt do it himself, he just had killed a guy who owned these and he looted them from that guy. And as he said and what I've heard is that it's ok to use them so long as you didnt hack them in yourself.I've seen those G36C aswel but I burried them with the body.

One of the restarts was straight after I had killed a guy, probably was a friend of the admin. Server made 4 restarts in less than 3 hours of play and was closed down for 1,5 hrs after that.
