And that is what im doing - leaving feedback. Its called constructive criticizm - it should force people working on the game to take the fixing to the next level. Do you imagine a car that doesnt drive used as a start point for newer car? And instead of fixing the not driving problem - the makers focusing on adding speakers, chrome handles, leather sits...? Enlighten me then since you obviously know more. Problem is not only with the game that uses thngs that didnt work in the mod but also with all the 'this is alpha' people that accept all.

I think they should just fix the existing supressors in the game as they are not working. Why bring more chances to screw things up if old are already borked? -
I really doubt it - game has beein in 'development' for more than year and they serve broken mechanics straight from arma II mod. Don't know what they been doing for this whole time but clearly not much. Theres bunch of other severe issues with the gameplay: falling of roofs, ladders, light from the flashlight shining through the walls.... Even small issues like volume of someone eating so loud i can heard them from miles away, overwhelming sounds of ocean and trees that make you hear nothing else. I see the game HAS POTENTIAl but rocket and other people working on it are focusing on wrong things in my opoinion. Why do you work on adding features if the most inportant ones are broken? Fix those and then add anything else. EDIT: Also, why not include all the features that were already in the arma II mod in the standalone? For instance one of quite important - messages of server restarting in 10 min?

Hope you feel better now but you dont carry ENGINES, only engine parts... small difference but still a difference :) cheers

You cannot cut a wire - you can only remove it - which has totally different effect. I think Rocket didn't figure this one out yet and those tools are there just to fill the toolbelt space... methinks... Pretty much wire, sandbags and hedgehogs are there only to annoy players and be a source of bloody glitches. Zombies walk through them like through air...

Man, that is ANNOYING !!! servers show up on the list only to disappear a second later... Any fix for this issue? -

Agreed With tents still duping that may not work. Tested myself few times. Usually ended up with more tents with the same gear inside. -

So far i'm lucky not to be engaged in a fight and lose/win humanity and get my 'skin' changed. But me and my friends stay rather out of sight of people we don't know. I believe experiences like OP had, do ruin the fun in this game. Also, I still am getting random artifacts at balota, stary, NW, driving to berezino, etc. Usually 'shift' + '-' + 'flush' works. Other times i have to play with vsync settings to get rid of the annoying glitches. My friends, on other hand have the artifacts EVERY time while passing any places I mentioned above and none of the fixes I use or ones posted on the forum work. Well, have some beans and hope it won't happen again :) And if you get pissed at the game go play sth else - that's what I do :) -

not sure if mentioned before - too many pages to go through now:) - what i miss is MELEE - i would like to be able at least to push away zombie when on my way and run away or keep punching it to see whos tougher :) - also i would like more knife action added - example - you see unconscious player (let it be bandit) so not to pull aggro u get close to him and finish him off by slicing his throat. also if u happen to sneak up on somebody - you should be able to stick the knife in his kidneys instead of being forced to gun him down or dropping your main weapon in order to equip a hatchet and butcher him. - hunting knife supposed to be good enough to cut through a fence, wire ? - throw a knife at somebody? - combine knife, branch and maybe some rope and make spear to fight at longer distance or throw at animals or other players - if i can pick up cans whay not pick up a rock and use it as melee weapon or throw it cheers Edit: maybe better way to show backpack is by weight not by slot spaces: the gun weights are known, canned food has it own weight, bottled water, magazines of ammo etc. lets say max your character can carry is 50 or 60 kg. He can carry more but will be much slower, will get thirsty faster, will not be able to run, etc. I see this being better solution compared to existing one as to me czech backpack looks like can accommodate more volume/weight compared to allice. -
Wonder if all those haters that call everybody hackers will man up and aplolgize... but im guessing im expecting too much...

ability to climb roofs of the houses or trees to hide yourself from zombies. Some maybe accessible after you construct or find a ladder. -

How come in the entire dayz not a single military post survived? All dead while a lousy civilians survive for several days or even longer? Why not add some military camps or at least traveling military units throught a map? They could react have a itchy finger to shoot on sight or be helpful and if u bribe? or plead for help - give u an escort to closest city or whatnot... It would be reasonable to find some cover before you log off - logginf off in the forest or open terain could make u sick/wet on log in? Military camp or any other safe heaven where you can obtain info on events around. Information on some bandits killing people around some areas, heli crash or convoy crash/ambush so you can avoid or check out if brave enough :) Or a working broadcast tower to which u can tune (if u have a radio or walkie talkie) to get some info. -

I think that just one city with invisible wall will bore us in very short time so why not make a huge map (a country) where u can travel from one location (city/village) to other by cars/ heli/ boats. -

- loot zombies for more items than tin cans and empty whisky bottles - how about matches, cigarettes, phones, car keys? - more accesible buildings - not neccesairly with wide open dors. we could try to break in through the windows/doors - and while doing so make noise and aggro some zeds about guns and vehicles... i say add buildings - gun store here and there - u could pick up guns and kits to clean or repair them - gas stations - i find it funny that they 99% of the time spawn ONLY tin cans :) add variety to them so u can find more parts for cars (the biggest amusement for me is how one wheel fits all types of cars:) ). - i found it not really realistic - entering the school and looting bunch of guns and ammo... what kind of school is it :) - i find it annoying that 9mm ammo cannot be used in 9mm types of handguns (kinda weird since u can convert 0.45 revolver to 1911 magazine) - malls? or bigger stores than just a grocery (where u can find not only food, but cloths, tools, and other items) - way to cover/camo vehicles, tents - just like camouflage netting or a possibility to hack some branches with a axe/hatchet and throw on top of the car to hide it from unwanted eyes - fishing ? as another way to get food or simply chill with friends by the campfire and tell stupid stories - radios/walkie talkies - to be able to communicate with friends on chosen channels - radios in the cars? its so freaking boring to drive without any music :) but hey, this game is far from realistic so i doubt they will introduce any of those ideas -
If you talking about the bolue car at the mil camp at stary - i dont think this car is usable at all. It looks simmilar to gaz but it not accessible.
