  1. Unless they're using really old crap, they won't show up in there anymore. The last 4/5 teleporters on my server didn't register anything in setpos.log.

    Yes, I did. I had the same problem with the chopper last week and was able to fix it due to some helpful suggestions (you will need at least one buddy to help you out though).   3. I'm afraid that the CBL has been very, very quiet the last month or so. It's only dwarden who regularly updates his own banlist and the amount of open CBL issues is staggering to say the least. I'd remove your GUID from my list for the time being, but I doubt you want to play on some European server. ;)

Read up in these threads to get a better understanding of the additional logging BE offers if all the community scripts (http://code.google.c.../source/browse/) are actually installed. http://dayzmod.com/f...administration/ http://dayzmod.com/f...cheat-features/ http://dayzmod.com/f...hacked-weapons/ I have to add that the newest versions of the BE bypasses are almost impossible to detect, unless someone does something stupid like placing 20 satchel charges in a row. Especially teleporting is hard to prove, unless you're a bit more flexible in what you're logging. Obviously you're going to have an even harder time proving this if you weren't using the BE scripts beforehand. Last but not least, there are a lot of people who thought they were moving stealthily in a game where there's always someone around the corner with an L85. More often than not they think they got hacked even though they just got camped hard by some bush wookie.

  8. We've had a fair amount of tents and vehicles which went unnoticed for weeks at a time, despite having 10-20 players on during peak hours. Apart from a bunch of teleporting hackers last weekend I don't think anything was found illegitimately. Actually most of our compromised tents were at the borders of the map, any tents in the middle of the map remained hidden far longer (in fact this was the case on more than one server).
  9. Sorry to hear that. :( Unless you saved the wreck it should respawn right there after the next server restart. If you need a ride this evening back north I'll see what I can do. And yeah, the tractors are death traps. Hit one of those small wooden road blocks once, the engine went red and it exploded 0.5 seconds after I got out. Few days later a buddy also killed himself in one of those things. He said something like "I hit something, it's going really slow right now" and even though I screamed "GET OUT, GET OUT NOW!" on comms he went up in flames.

  12. Yeah, I guess you would totally leave vehicles and tents alone when you stumble on them. It sounds like it's time to find a better hiding spot.
  13. Maybe this sounds silly, but you could try parking a Ural under it and restart the server. You'd never know what would happen with ArmA2's peculiar vehicle physics. There might be a wreck left to save or maybe it just bounces off unscathed.

  16. In that case it's just a case of confusing wording here and on your site. I think a "based on the popular ArmA2 RCON GUI" or something along those lines which credits the original tool would be more appropriate. Apart from that, good luck with the tool. I'll be following this as long as it's a stand-alone application which doesn't require any modifications to the server itself (for instance I have to make do with a managed server).
  17. When you happily drive your Ural around on a populated server, you're going to have a bad time. Apart from that, unless the wreck was saved the vehicle will respawn on the exact same position after the next server restart. You can however bet your sweet ass that other people know this as well. In fact, if the server restarted afterwards it's probably gone already.

  20. Am I missing something here? You proudly "integrated" the tool into battleWarden, even though there was nothing to integrate? Nothing wrong with a nice toolset, but you basically renamed ArmA 2 RCon and that's it.

    I guess there's only one valid use of addGroupIcon which is filtered in your example, any other use is probably indicative of exploits and results in a kick. Changing it to 1 should log instead of kick, but once you upload a new .txt to your server you should either use the "loadscripts" command through an RCON tool or restart the server for changes to take effect.

  23. It differs, but I usually give them a warning in admin chat to get rid of the non-DayZ items in their possession. It has actually worked with a few people, the rest get a boot up their ass.
  24. I've had a steadily increasing amount of vehicles destroyed on my server without any of them respawning for over a month (I've often checked the .RPT for the current vehicles). I had kind of given up hope already, but for some reason after the server was patched from 96585 to 97451 last week all the missing vehicles respawned. Additionally a large numbers of static objects like barbed wire and (presumably) unused tents despawned. I'm still not sure if it's the ARMA patch kickstarting something or if someone tickled the Hive to throw some long overdue maintenance at my instance ID. Any vehicles missing in the .RPT means they were never present or that they have been destroyed permanently (e.g. saved after being destroyed, otherwise they just respawn in their last location after a restart). Check the vehicle IDs and you will probably see gaps in the numbering scheme (apparently on my server there are 40 sequential IDs, but the UH1H came last). Additionally, I think I picked up somewhere that you should have a minimum number of players on your server before the chopper even spawns. I think it took us two weeks to spawn vehicles and then another week before we hit 15-20+ players and the chopper appeared.
