Wait people stay alive on 1 server for months?

You can make the towns work for you, it can be tricky tho, it also depends on what class you are in game, if your a bandit skin, that might explain why people dont think twice about shooting you, one of the benifits of the hero skin is people know your less of a threat, so i can generally get through elektro without to much bother aslong as im not sloppy about my route, but like everyone said, if the towns are getting you killed, stay away. -
It used to be the M16A4 ACOG, deadly at all ranges except very far, but in the newest patch id say the G36K is definatly a contender.

There is a wonderful game called ArmA 2, id suggest playing it.

Ok so im driving at 80 with a friend on an ATV, im doing well and am end game gear, i drive so much as close to a city, a zombie walks near my ATV as i was driving, Rips me off it without any animation, kills me instantly. Just got one shotted by a zombie when on 12k blood. Good game DayZ Good Game.

Im more than happy to help you with the initial setup and basic understanding of the logs but im to busy managing my own server to help moderate it.

i kinda like this idea, it opens the game for alot of griefing but it makes it more realistic right? if you know a clan is constantly getting water from the same lake, this would be a good way to take them down without a direct fight, im for this. :beans:

So when ever i go on to a server, my character will take a few seconds to morph into a hero, thats fine but when it does im getting teleported to the debug ocean 1000m in the air, then shortly after dieing from my fall, if i survive by logging out in time i will be put on the coast, this is starting to spoil the game for me. Any fixes?

Some say you run a little faster, some say your more resistant to low caliber rounds, and some people shoot you less. Apart from that the current patch will try and teleport you to the debug zone for being a hero, so yeah its a bad day to be a hero.

its a hacker activating an remote execution that is causing that server error when logging in, its not to do with you, its a script kiddie.

it happens on both 1.7.6 and 1.7.6.1, TMW might roll our server back to 1.7.5.1, seen as most of us being hero's, this is kinda a problem.

^ Thats how to do it client side anyway, not server side xD Take in mind that some private hives have it disabled and enabled too, that can play a factor in this. -

go to your options and then controls, head to custom controls. Then scroll down to "Use Action 20" set a key for it, i use scroll lock. accept and apply and what not, click what ever key you binded. :) -

Private hives and official hives. If its official you will have the same gear as you do on other official hive servers. If its private, your gear is tied to that server.

TMW Servers will be staying on 1.7.6, Screw this new patch. This is the only update so far that i havnt liked, and i sure as hell wont be updating my servers to 1.7.6.1 because people decided to cry over nothing.
