I guess being a hero its a little easier for me to say "i dont shoot bandits on sight" because they are a little less likely to kill a hero, so i can kinda see were you guys are coming from.

I have been given the bandit skin in self defense many times, also i know some hardcore bandits that dont shoot heroes, hence my "dont kill bandits on sight" policy.

Ive done the opposite, meant to disarm/K.O someone and accidentally killed them, then i feel bad. nice one for not killing him tho, i tend just to leave fresh spawn hatchet players alone to avoid any kind of awkwardness.

Most are hardcore bandit but some wont admit it ;)

He did say he was trying to drop it but you still shot him ;)

^Try that also when battleye is updating make sure you just sit in the lobby (player list screen) as it updates. bare in mind your anti virus may be conflicting with Battleye, if so try white-listing the program in your anti virus.

Not required as such, but you will need to download a few extra things to get DayZ to work before hand, like i say if you hop to our teamspeak ill be able to help you abit better =)

Indeed but i still feel this removes an interesting dynamic in the game, you can still regen health via cooked meat.

this would pretty much remove the purpose of the hero skin. This was a challenge that rocket intended, to make you put your life in the hands of another survivor to help you. i like the tension ;)

what is with your server name ? thats really not on.

kicked off the game proberbly means your signiture check is timing out, go to your steam, right click arma 2 oa, and reinstall battleye
