As stated in the title, me and a friend want some more guys to team up with. We have a lot of gear stashed away.. so you won't be out gunned. Only requirements is that you have a Mic and Teamspeak so comms are quick and easy. Also you must know how to play Arma. (Zero-ing, rangefinding, stealth etc..) We don't want to become baby sitters, we've had this experience in the past. You don't have to be seasoned vets but at least have an understanding on DayZ's ballistics and realism. You sprint towards somebody who got out of a Heli trying to kill them, then come to the forums asking for sympathy. Ha you was asking for trouble, how do you know that Hacker wasn't going to be friendly and help you guys out? You deserve to be killed the way you did. Day Z was made to team up and work together not go thermo-nuclear on everybody you see. Hackers may ruin the game, but it's people like you that ruin the community that plays it. Also a Ghillie suit is available in DZ, check out the apartment blocks in Cherno and you will easily find them. Also Elektro being Bandit friendly how do you know it was the hacker that sniped you? You're not much of a experienced player if you blame everything on hacks.

Anyway i know this isn't a legal rifle, but i found it in the Stary Sobor Military camp. I know it's 7.62 NATO Round but what is it in-game? Also, will i be banned for using it? If so tell me now lol By the way.. came across my first Heli crash site earlier and there was a PP-19 and it was crap IMO, and a load of AK ammo. So disappointing, I hear about finding AS50's, FAL's with a Thermal scope all sorts of rare things.. and that's all i got :/ Ahh well

Recently got owned by a Hacker Braking our bones and insta-killing us. lost AS50s, M4s etc.. Before we start a new Character we would like 1-3 more friendly players to join us. Use Play WithSIX just released and i find it better than DayZCommander. http://play.withsix.com/ Easy to update to .5 aswell. Just click on a .5 server and it installs it for you. I found Commander to keep reverting to .4 after a few hours so I've uninstalled it completely.

Well i need to download this beta version 95885 as 50%+ servers run it, but the website that hosts these files (http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php/) doesn't allow me to connect to download a beta version. If somebody could download it then put it on Gamefront or something like that so i can finally join a lobby, or if you you know a way to update it other than Six Updater because i have tried to and it still doesn't update same with DZ Commander it says unable to download the latest version. I have looked at tuts on youtube as to how and nothing has helped... Thanks guys

I'll wait untill Six has .5 Commander keeps reverting and i cba to keep downloading all the time.

Well i tend to use both, but commander keeps going back to .4 even though i updated it to .5 maybe 3-4 times today

I am currently but i get rejected from alot of servers for incorrect version..

All in the tittle, if you could write and easy step by step i would appreciate it as i don't wont to delete the wrong stuff and lose my character or what ever. Only a few decent .4 servers left and they are full... so if you could help with the manual install as I haven't done one yet. Thanks

So i was hunting out this Sniper near Pik something.. and this new player ran next to me so i shot him a few times with my M4A1 CCO SD which i looted of a Hacker along with GPS, Range finder the whole kit, then i proned to steady my shot, i heard something behind me so i turn around there was this survivor walking towards me with an axe, he was covered in blood and wasn't wearing a hat, so i was Like WTF?! shot about 6 rounds and he started running at me, at this point i was freaking out about what it was, so i ran away and he kept running after me, then it started talking in the direct but it had no name it was just [ ] I HATE IT WHEN THEY RUN. then another message [ ] I ONLY WANT... YOU'RE LEGS. Then after 10-15 seconds of me running away it just disappeared. Is this an easter egg of some sort? or was it a hacker scaring us survivors? If i had fraps running i would of recorded it but the one time i didn't this happened.. :|
