Epic. I would not be too fast to trust anyone either. I try to play this game thinking how I would really be, and try to be myself. Thats something you cant do in any other game, while making it challenging. Only because there is bandits, is this game a great challenge, but currently every "bandit" I've met have been KoS deathmatchers, lazy kids. (sorry if I assume, cant know if you only really wanted my flashlight or something) -

The problem is, that too many reduce themselfs to deathmatching, thinking its the only way to play. Its a lame excuse for deathmatcher to say, that unarmed could try to steal my lootz, they could warn them and kill them only if they get too close. I play this, because I can make choices, that I cant make in objective based games, and deathmatch games. I will never reduce myself choices to kill or be killed. I only kill if I have a reason, bleeding hunger can be a reason too. But, play the way you want to play, dont get too attached to lootz, try not to repeat your mistakes, be more careful the next time, and dont reduce yourself to deathmatching. For me, every deathmatcher increases the challenge, so its much greater challenge for me to play this game differently than any other deathmatch game I have. Sure my way gets me killed more easily, but if I reduce to deathmatching, I could very well go play any other kill or be killed game I have. -
Thats why YOU play the way YOU want, if its to help others, just to mind your own bussiness or to hunt fellow man for sport. Dont let others to decide your play style. Sure you might die few times, but for me, the challenge is worth it. If shit hits the fan, theres always those people, who will do anything to survive, and those, who would help those in need.

Toilets, those things are death traps (and the end of my first day). But has some servers enabled the player dot on the map (I didnt much like it, took the need to read the map away from me)? I was about to have a nervous breakdown when I noticed "the man" on the map, you saying those are wild life? I thought it was another player, and was wondering, "does he see me? is he coming for me, is it a sniper?" -

My little brother actually tried to kill me, and then he was like, "Sorry, didnt know it was you", glad he sucked the hatchet play. Might be true, might not, I'll just be careful around him. But, play the way you want, you dont have to play deathmatcher, but be ready for people that do.

BatlleEye is just a software, as perfect as the people who programmed it. My teacher used to say, computers makes no mistakes, its the people who does. So until you show me the perfect people, I will believe it can make false positives, mistakes, where as every man's creation can. But as they say, they wont keep you banned without solid proof, and I understand why they wont share the proof, its up to you to trust them. As for legit bans, keep them banned, maybe they learn something.

Nice, but maybe not so usefull, everyone would still choose the cap that blends in enviroment, doubt you would never see anyone wearing bright colors, thus everyone would still look the same, except for ones who end up getting shot because of the color of his hat. Yes, in stand alone, they should make character customization. And as for the clan recognition, it would be entirely up for the clans, and individuals, if they want to stand out, if they want to people to see, that if you mess with us, you might end up getting an army after you, not because or fear of friendly fire, theres a lot simpler solution for that.

Play the way you want to play, I dont mind if I get killed for not killing on sight. If you want to be a twat who runs around killing defenceless new spawns, do it. I prefer to try my best not to kill, and look a way out without having to kill the other one. Makes game more challenging for me, else it would be just another deathmatch game, that I already have a broad collection. Only times I've been killed by a player, has been when I have been unarmed, or with hatchet, so cant really say that those killed me because they had to. Also disconnecters are one issue, why people kill without warning for your loot, even when your unarmed. You cant yell someone, "drop your beans, or I'll kill you!". 99% will dc, but I will never dc, even if its the end of me,, again, for the challenge.

I would actually shoot that thing in sight. But could you choose weather you wear it. Because deathmatchers would abuse it for sure.

Suggestion for combating players that disconnects to avoid dying.

I never disconnect. Even if I know I won't survive. But if I would honestly try and rob someone, without killing him, and he disconnects, that would not make me a happy camper. So disconnect timer should also have indication, like waving goodbyes. -
Maybe if more there are in one herd, the slower they would go, but maybe not walking speed, jogging speed would be better.

Well, I've never used any other firearm, except for Rk 62. But doesnt shotgun point blank throw you at all? And 50cal sniper, well, I dont think you should even be able to shoot that standing?

Make zombies more annoying. Headshot only would be nice, maybe high powered weaponry could knock them off their feet, but only headshot could kill them.

Challenge. Which is harder, to kill on sight, or try to survive without senseless killing? I play battlefield 3 if I want an easy game run and gun, or snipe in the hillies.

Its annoying when admin comes in and tells you how the game is supposed to be played, ie. limiting use of games weapons, (bf3 actually had an server where stated "Only *clan* members may use sniper rifles.")

Dont think failure to communicate is the problem with deathmatchers and hillbilly snipers who kills hatchet wielding survivors to raise their murder counter? But yes for better communications. -

I have to be with this one. Death is supposed to mean something, you dont just pop up in the beach and magically get visions of tents full of stuff. Tents are a good idea, for other players to find something left behind, but be aware, it could be a trap (never go for that tent in the middle of the plain field). If you die, your supposed to feel loss, and not: "meh, I have another set back in my tent". Btw, wasnt there bear traps? They any worth securing the tent? -
I think only change they should make, would be making zombies the real threat, now theyre just a minor inconvinience for a deathmatcher. If you really would have to think twice before pulling that trigger, but that would have to be for everyone, not just for bandits. I get it, its annoying when that twat stops his joy ride just to gun down a survivor who just found his hatchet. But deathmatchers makes the game (dont start with the mod bs, its annoying) harder for me, and I dont play this game for lootz, but for try and survive as long as possible. So no, no need to change anything, except the zombie part, theyre way too easy to kill and pose no threat at all. Deathmatching is easy, thats why cod is so popular, the real challenge for me, is try to survive without the need to kill.

Not the priority, since alpha test, but yes, would be nice if the players werent clones of each others. Maybe clan armbands too?

Could it be because you have to reload after every shot, so the game treats 1 bolt as a 1 mag? Sure if theres way to stack them, 3 would be enough, with still having to reload after each shot.

Yes, ability to put down your weapon would be welcome. rifles can use the 2x ctrl, but pistols cant, and even then proning brings the gun back up. Holstering, rifles on the back and pistols on the belt. also rearming should be realistic, not too slow and not too fast.

Deadlier zombies to discourage deathmatching?

triple them, but make them jogging, and investigate gun shots and noises, not insta aggro. maybe even spawn some random zombies in vicinity (not anyones direct LoS) of high powered gun play. If they were little slower, but much more of them, I think they would still make a threat to be reckon with.
