Yes, we had a few clan members on when this happened, We checked the logs and Banned the hacker. We're sorry for this and welcome you back, we have updated Battleye and I have posted more Server admins and will stay more active in watching for this. I lurk these forums often to see whats going on.

ummm, wouldn't #3 be hacking / cheating / scripting?

I've tried several script.txt files, everyone seems to kick everyone for one reason or another. I've spoken with my host and all my files are the same as everyone elses, any ideas from another server host? I'be been reading about these things for the last couple of days to the point where my eyes are bleeding.

this is line 40 5 Vojtec I did remove it, then it just goes to #39 and so on, so i'm a bit confused. I just updated to 1.7.2.5 and 95883. manually downloaded the correct latest dll for battleye. still get the kicks, and now people log in, spawn everywere with items, lol it's getting a bit crazy. I guess thats why they call it alpha. i could pm you the whole file if maybe some syntax is wrong?

I would like to start a thread saying hello and introducing myself, I have recently purchased a server from Defcon as a home for our clan. I have read all the rules of hosting a DayZ server and understand the responsibility of owning it. After spending a lot of time on servers to have then sold, shut down, or just disapear we figured this was a way for us to have a reliable place to go, and as with the TOS, we welcome everyone to enjoy the server as well. No passwords, locks, resets or any such thing will be taking place here If you have any problems or questions i urge you to send me a message or post up in here and I will respond as soon as I can. If we need to shut down the server for an update or if we find our server has crashed we will do our best to keep this updated, so far we had one issue with a crash that was solved with a restart. I hope that this was just a fluke. I hope I am posting this in the right place, see you guys out there!

Well, we got our cherry popped, 3 hackers logged on, killed everyone and started to spawn boats all over. We did a server Ban, and reset the server. Sorry for everyone that was enjoying the game today, back to biz at usual

Server went down with a battle eye error. waiting for it to come back up. anyone know what that is?
