The Northwest airfield is the best place (other than deer stands) to get good weaponry and is the only place to have barracks as it also has a high chance of having random heli crashes which also have good loot.

The game seems to be in alpha stage and people complain of not having "endgame" and the game breaking graphical glitches not to mention the endless lines of hackers. We should be lucky that we can even play this game at this moment as Rocket and his team work hard to give us a final product, so pull up your big boy pants and calmly wait for the next patch.
