I agree completely with this. It's been several weeks now since I'd consider this game "playable" and by that I mean functioning in a way that is somewhat reasonable to expect that we can have a decent play experience from it. I understand that this is an alpha, I really get that, but the overall lack of communication and updates to GAMEBREAKING issues, is ultimately what helps me as a consumer decide if Im going to early adopt and support a standalone alpha release or not...which currently I won't.

I've already asked our instance ID to be reset because of hacked items on our server. Show some integrity, you do get judged in life by the company you keep. Been nuked before, been thunderdomed before, I'll reset and live, half the fun of the game is in the gearing. A tree is still a tree even if you call it a dog.

That explains why the 4 of you were rolling 4 deep in the UAZ you spawned teleporting on top of 2 of our admins on 1926?

I just bought a vilayer server about 4 days ago. It did take awhile to get started, but I think that's just timing. Whgat with this new update, and the upgrades they ahve been doing to their services. For what they are doing. The people I have dealt with have been helpful, the only thing I would have liked to see was some better communication about timeframes for when things will be available...but I know that's hit and miss as well, because you are just exacerbating an issue if you miss an eta with people. I think if I understood better what they were doing and the amount of time it can take, then I wouldn't have bothered them so much. Once the server was up and going its been great. Although I agree that some sort of communication and ETA for when we'll be able to get these going again would be nice. (Like now, none of us can get into the ACp thing to even start it up, and we have no idae how long we'll be waiting or exactly why) edit: As I typed this Im able to get back into their ACP. Now just have to wait til the update is available.

Im having similar issues with this, its been about 3 days now, and still nothing. They finally got the server up last night, but still unable to join it or even find it on sixlauncher or via IP in game. Currently watigin ina dead TS channel, and have about 15 hours waiting for a ticket to be responded to with the current issue. I've gotten better responses from the johnny fellow on the board here than I have from anyone in their actual tech support area, but I think he's more of a Sales type guy and can't really help with much of this. Feeling a bit disgruntled at this point, as they instantly took the payment and its been 3 days now and still unable to play.
