Ever been stuck with two magazines that only half full, they take up twice the space, you have reload in the middle of a firefight, all for the same amount of ammo. Here's an idea is to combine mags, if you have two clips, mags, etc that have 30 or less combined (or whatever the normal amount is) you should be able to transfer that all into one clip. It wouldn't do it automatically but it would only take about the same as bandages or something else.

Possibly #1 I saw a recent post about green mountain being haunted in the forums so I though about how ghosts and stuff do not fit into a zombie game. But maybe the storyline behind dayZ would be the radio transmissions. This used to be a myth, and the transmissions are random deer stands around the map, but this would be cool to have in the standalone though. It would be a fun thing to be trying to figure how the apocalypse started while trying to stay alive. Possibly #2 In the stand alone zombie hoards will move around randomly around the map not just spawning in cities. Maybe green mountain could have locations of zombies broadcasted over radio. (you would have to have a radio though). i dont know how that would work in an apocalypse but its just an idea. Also leave any other ideas for the radio transmissions down below.

It needs to be repaired and i have parts the dayz wiki doesnt list it in the list of repairable vechicals. Am i able to repair it

We all know the M9SD is the best pistol what is your favorite primary class in Dayz? Just want to see a communty opinion.

So i am just logging onto Dayz and am in team speak with my team. We were all in eletro with ghillie suits and everyone is looting, and I am just spawning in the church when i see a guy with no weapons on him crouching over some supplies. I check the players and he is the only one in the game besides us so i call out to everyone else. Once they are all outside the church entrance i shoot him once and he bolts out of the church and freezes with all my guys with their pistols aims at him. We shoot him a couple times but let him go. Does anyone else find this hilarious, He must have had a bad day. He died later though. Being a bandit is so much fun.

I see on the dayz map there are boats but i have never seen them. Has anyone ever got one before and if so can they hold equipment.

Any pistol will work plus at least 1 mag and im near cherno

I start up the game after a long day, join a random US sever and as soon as i spawn in boom im dead. I was in the middle of the forest too. Ok maybe it was luck on his part. I respawn as a new person and boom im dead again, maybe really bad luck this time. Ok spawn again to see what is going on and boom dead again for the third time. How did I die three time in a row. A) He cheated B) He's lucky C) He's a genius D) It is written I think its A. Bonus points if get the reference

I finally got a box of maches and a hunting knife and I hear that there is a glich were you cannot get wood piles from trees anymore with your hachet. Can anyone confirm this or not?

We have all been it the situation were we are being chased by zombies with no weapons or ammo. Or maybe your trying to be sneaky. Heres an idea, maybe there should be away to attack zombies without a weapon, such as with your fists. It would not do alot of damage but you could kill a zombie or two with it. I don't know if Arma II has this capabiltiy but maybe in the stand alone game.

I see many people running around with a guille suit on, but they all have the 10 foot long as50 or the m107 on their back, it makes for an easy pvp kill but why not leave the ghille suit at your tent if your going to carry around the sniper rifle anyway.

Find a sniper rifle, it dosent need to be suppressed if you kill them with one shot.

So today i was stuck in the supermarket in eletro with broken legs, (I closed a door on myself lol) and i heard some gunfire outside and someone talking on the channel. I asked him if he could help me, first thing he asked if it was a trap (I was wondering the same thing) and I told him it wasnt. He came in and gave me morphine. He aske if i could come to the hosipital to give him a blood bag, so i did. We traded a few small items and we were on our way. There are too many bandits out there, if i would have killed him, i would still have broken legs and if he killed me he would be low on blood. And all we would have gained is one murder on our debug counter.

I would always play on regular servers but then I joined up with people on a vertan server. I didn't notice any differneces when i was playing. Is there even a differnce.

Does it depend on the server or the time of day

looking for some pople to join up with playing this game solo is hard
