I've really been struggling in my first 13 game hours. Life 1: Learning controls, attracted mob of 10-15 zombies, duration . 10 minutes Life 2: Still getting controls, zombie stumbles upon me while in bathroom, duration. 35 minutes Life 3: Finally get it, I begin traveling north, extensively search countryside, but I cannot find any food, die Though I did find a bicycle and it was quite fun to get some speed after crawling for in game days. 4 hours Life 4: Scavenge, get Lee Enfield, 8 clips everything is going quite lovely. Health is low, I alt-tab to check something on chrome, click on a tab, click is registered in game as a rifle shot, zombie hits me, I'm knocked out and bleeding. dead. 6 hours Life 5: Run 5 km to electro on 8 person server. Finally getting serious. Find marakov, tons of ammo, med equipment. Shot in head as I exit school. 1 hour 30 minutes Life 6: Go to electro in another small server. Enter fire station, find awesome auto-shotty. Just as I pick it up, guy comes in front so I run up stairs bleeding. I begin to bandage myself, but just before I finish he shoots me in the face, teabagging my dead body. My tears presumably served as lubrication. 1 hour Life 7: Go to electro school again. Get supplies. Lee Enfield. Zombie killing rampage. Fall off third floor to second because bullets fail to clip thin air. Insta-death. 30 minutes. Life 8: Finally in cherno. Sneak around, get crossbow, tons of supplies, in center of town. However, as I'm crawling up the stairs, both of my legs break. I blackout. Than I wake up, exit the building with my broken body towards the hospital, a zombie hits me, blackout, bleeding, dead. 1 hour 30 minutes My impression: . A small number of very well armed players could play their own little match of COD against an unwitting opponent. Furthermore, the areas they dominated promised the best bounty with the fewest zombies. When I wandered the countryside. 30-40 zombies would often be seen scouring a village with as many loot spawns as a typical lootable apartment unit in cherno. Thus, when they played their version of 'The Most Dangerous Game' they did so with impunity. The glitches work to make what could be a enjoyable but difficult game exceedingly frustrating and makes one question if such a large investment of time is really worth it. Suggestion: Breaking ones legs shouldn't be possible through environmental damage OR you should never black out with health above 9000.
