You won't find much ammo for it unless you're raiding high-value loot spots all the time. Assault rifles are just a matter of opinion. I have an M4 cco sd and it's the only rifle I'll ever want or need.

I think one of you guys was around the woodslands surrounding Guglovo a couple of days ago? If so, have some awareness. I scared some snipers in the Kumyrna church who spotted you. Didn't kill them, just gave them a good scare.

Seems unlikely, though this banning spree only started recently.

I made a pilgrimage to That Mountain and afterwards i retired to the Church nearby and found Mountain Dew. I have been blessed by The Mountain. All hail The Mountain.

Just played and a 'random battleEye' fact popped up saying over 10,000 global bans so far.

I went tonight. It was a full moon too. A helicopter crash spawned on the side of the mountain ... it had nothing but an MP5SD mag. Maybe it was a sign that it wasn't worth climbing that mountain. Everything was fine untill I saw the compound. The forest went silent, even the full moon had dissapeared. I heard zombies, never saw them, nowwhere to be seen, not in buildings or tower, nothing. It wasn't just the invisible zombies though. Something watches that place. Every second I was there I felt something watching me ... anybody noticed how the chainfence tears are going outward? Something happened here ... and something escaped. Do not go. That place is wrong. Also just yesterday people were joking to never go up there without mountain dew ... I went into the nearby church to calm myself and found mountain dew ... now that tower haunts my dreams. Calling for me ... and the dew.

Not just NWAF and Stary ... I can't even remember the last time I saw someone else in around the Black Mountain area.

I like it up in the North, only place I can relax. I was actually raiding Dubrovka not 3 days ago and I saw multiple flares while coming down from Black Mountain, they were heading southwest, maybe it was you? If so a trail of flares screams trap to me, next time line up flares to say HI in a big open field. I'm a loner but if i see something like that I'll be standing in the middle of it, danger be damned.

A lesser man would make a Pamela Anderson joke here. Thankfully nobody here would ever mention that name and ... oh.

I'll take people's advice, grow a pair, and head up there for my ammo tomorrow. Pray I return safely.

Got a couple of questions, don't worry, not asking anything relevent (except for me anyway). Basically i play like a ranger, I've been traveling along my out-of-the-way route taking me throughout Chernarus, raiding the smaller towns and some larger ones if the need is great. Haven't gone farther south then Nadezhdino for weeks, nothing but mindless zombies below that line as far as I'm concerned and I'm not talking about the lovable undead ones. Ugh, I digress. Question 1: Probably my biggest concern for atm, Green mountain. I was planning on going up there since I need some STANAG rounds. Now I've never had trouble with this place before, but just yesterday I saw something quite ... unnerving. Halfway up the mountain I came across an abandoned UAZ with the lights still on, with 2 dead bodies next to it. Bodies were unlooted as i spotted an AKM and DMR lying on them. I ran. Nobody leaves 2 bodies + an apparantly fully operational UAZ with potentional loot in it just sitting there. Am i being paranoid? Green mountain's always been relatively peacefull for me, then suddenly this happens? Combined with reports I've been hearing about the place being 'cursed', I'm very reluctant to take the risk of going up there for just some STANAG clips. Am i being paranoid and should I just grow a pair and go? Or just go and farm deerstands? Question 2: Have the popular bandit routes changed? Normally I can't cut through the Stary/NWAF/Devil's Castle triangle without running into multiple groups but lately it's been very quiet. If this keeps up I might even consider going to sightsee the infamous tent cities i keep hearing about in the mountains. Question 3: Might be a touchie subject for newcomers but how are things on the coast? Seeing people surviving alone was a bit uncommon but I usually come by more then a few of them in my travels. Now the closest I've seen a fellow ranger/solo survivor are single shots fired in the distance with no visual and I'm more keen to attribute those to bandits/snipers. I'm tempted to break my code and go below the Nadezhdino line and hang around Pavlovo or Bor to check things out, maybe offer small aid or share some trails I know are safe. That's pretty much it. If someone wants to share some stories or sights that might be interesting to see let me know. Curse these graphical glitches ruining my fun. Boshnya used to offer quite a view on people raiding NWAF by barreling their jeeps across the runway ;(.

It's not really roleplay, I'm just tired of killing for nothing. I've done my share of PvP and it's just an endless cycle of boredom: You team up, kill people, suddenly a sniper happens, 1 person in your group dies, you hunt and kill sniper. Repeat untill you die. I'm just surving on my own and I call it playing like a ranger. I just hope Rocket will eventually start putting in some things for the people who get around all of Chernarus like maybe some easterbeans. Oh and I do play with other people occasionally, just taking some 'alone-time' after one of my best friends got me killed. Thrice. One which involved roadkill . . . yeah I'm currently pretty comfy being a lone ranger. :P
