External (DayZ)

Us in the =DRN= clan have been holding the NW-Airfield for a long time now, and we are in the South Barracks of the Airfield. Over the last 2 hours, we've had over 6 guys server hop and spawn in our camps, killing us, and stealing our gear. I have SUSPECTED names, but we are calling for the server admin to look at the logs, and to review who was logging in and out constantly. We are all for an honourable firefight, but server hopping is fucking NOT ON. The server name is The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen - No PK - 1.7.1.5 Update: All 9 of us DRN'ers were just killed, and =DRN= Yettkuza, and Johnny Utah watched them log in and out everywhere from a vantage point, right before they were killed.

Airfields are good to raid for semi-decent gear. The chances of being killed there are extremely high. It's advised to enter in with some gear, with mates, or just be a really stealthy ninja.

I applaud the server admin for wanting a co-op server without the banditry, because there are players who want to play with mates and survive against the hordes of the undead. I like doing a bit of this, hence why I now have League in my recommended list. Yes, the rules DO state that you cannot remove PK, I completely acknowledge that fact. But out of the thousands(?) of servers available, it's easy to just bypass this one and go to another one to suit your playstyle. It's not going to kill you to take 10 seconds out of your life to search for another server. But rules ARE rules, at the end of the day. Either way, I as a player on both sides (Murdering Bandit on one profile and a Team Player on another) leave the decision to the DayZ staff.

Oh yes, we know you 4 play fair. We observed tonight and witnessed an honourable firefight (Servers me right for standing up while watching State of Origin at the same time), we have however had major issues with server hoppers. We don't claim to be "good" players, just team players, just a heads up. More than welcome to join, PM one of us for the Vent details.

That's funny, considering that we had the server admin in our Vent who has the logs to prove we didn't. How about contacting the server admin for evidence before posting false accusations. I speak on behalf of the DRN clan when I say we are all for honourable gameplay.
