    Exact same circumstances. Extraordinarily frustrating, as I was doing everything in my power to play safely and avoid death, and I get killed by a random hack. Setting elevation to ground level on server login would help, as would a temporary invulnerability to damage/bleeding/legbreaking on login. And of course fixing the hack. :)
