Nope, since I wasn't here to formally 'report' them; I simply found it amusing to see their names come up while browsing this section. As far as I can tell, there seems to be no restriction against responding to threads with contributing information, regardless of whether the information is backed up or not, thus~ By the way, nice stalking.

Maybe you do not, but I know a few that do, and I can say that what is allowed and what is done are often two very different things. Just because the rules say that an admin cannot do something does not mean that he or she will not do it, and really, whether due two lack of fucks given by the people that are banned/kicked/etc. or some other factor, a lot of the cases in which an admin breaks the rules aren't even ever seen let alone dealt with. By the way, I'm not down-talking administrators here; this is just what I've seen first hand and I know there are a lot of cases in which punitive action -is- taken against offending servers (and, more commonly, unsupported accusations).

Banning for hacked weapons is at the discretion of the server admin. If he sees you with it in the logs, yes, you could be banned. That said, I use one and have been for ~3 weeks now just by finding it in a camp and still have not been banned. By the way, it's an infrared sight, not a thermal.

Strange, I saw those three yesterday on US 877 logging ontop of the tall building in Cherno and killing my buddy. I killed one, shot the other, and he and his uninjured friend death dodged/logged. ~5min later the entire hill that I and my sniper friend were laying on blew up, toppling all of the trees on the NW edge of Cherno and killing us with no explanation. Hmmmm~
