When you look at the Website from BE i think they dont really have an EULA ^^ really their website is 1990 style.

just if the the law is not clear, but in this case it is. Because BE is a german companie the german law counts not the us, russian or whatever ^^ And for your first question, the US law does not count in germany, only the german law. The US dont rule everything ;)

The problem is when its not 95777, why the ban unban thing? When the GUID is banned, this ban unban thing should not happen. May its the 95777 patch or the BE companie release a "patch of death". May their database is fu**ed, aslong we got no statement we dont know.

The law in Germany is bigger than a contract. The EA Origin Example: You accepted their terms and conditions, but they had parts in there wiche are not allowed with the german law. So this part are declared as void.

Read the thread.... We dont know why we are got banned. The only thing we know is, that we got banned after installing 95777. Next thing: we got banned, unbanned, banned again, unbanned again, an so on. So you can see its a BE problem. The next time iam able to play, i will fraps it, so we will got it on tape what happens

BE is a germany company, so their are bound to the german law. much companies have terms and conditions that not compatible with the law. The last big thing in germany was EA with origin, they used the same terms and conditions from the US for Germany, but the law is different, and EA got a big punch in the face ^^ When BE says no you dont get the information, you can go to a lawyer who writes one of threi "special" letters, that they must answer the questions or their got sued.

This is a special situation, its not 1 player or 5 players or 15 players who got the problem, look at the forums in dayz in the BI forums, or even on reedit. All those players got banned after they installed 95777. and the other wired thing is, that you get unbanned, after 2 hours banned again and so on. When the BE support ignores that, they are just ****. I really hope the DayZ Staff, will contact them for a statement, or the BE statt will give a statement. When they say "we dont make mistakes go **** yourself" I thougt about to write them a registered letter (BE is in Germany, and iam german). We have something called "informationsfreiheitgesetzt" so they MUST give me the information about my personal account (what data they collect about it, why did they ban, and the proof of it). That has nothing to do with sue someone, that is just a thing to get your personal information hat companies collect about you. If a company has in fact no support for the people, they have to fear the power of the people :)

but why can i play again? their must something happen with the BE Database. I dont thik david copperfield is doing some magic tricks here

Ok then please explain to me, why i got global banned yesterday without a reason given. but got unbanned this morning an i could play again, after 2 hours the ban was back (with the same id), this evening got again unbanned and i could play again, but now the ban ist back again (also with the same id). yes there is something going on, i dont know was it the patch 95777 who banned us all, was ist a hacker with guid spoofing, but i think BE hast something fucked up with their database, this would explain the ban unban ban unban thing.

yesterday got banned, this mornig unbanned and could play for 2 hours, then again banned, after 6 hours i got unbanned, so i could again play for 1 hour, and now the ban ist back. still no response from battle eye support.

And the ban ist back again, really f**k battle eye Still no answer from their support.

And now i can play again, i wonder how long this works...

Here can you see a Hacker teleported a player to the thunderdome, teleported him back, the player shoot the hacker and the hacker was able to GLOBAL BAN him. That happend from 1:05:00 to 1:15:00

hm played for 2 hours, and now the ban is back *aahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh* i want just throw rotten beans at someone

Youre have the trollface so i think yur ban was right, and you have not the 95777 patch

The problem ist, the BE Support does not answer or they are aware of a problem banned 5000 players with 95777 and it will take weeks to answer the mails.
