100% worth it, made me come back to ARMA. Been playing DayZ and PR ever since, I haven't even touched TF2 in 3 days! Something is wrong! Oh yaaaaaaaaa DAYZ ROCKS THATS WHY!

Wasn't it said somewhere in a patch that when the new Gear screen comes you will also be able to put half loaded rounds into a full mag, just like what you guys are describing. I think its in the works.

Great news! But did you really expect a lull time in pop would be on a Sat afternoon? Sunlight hurts our eyes remember! We stay indoors! course we are on! Just saying is all :) <3

Then I note to him to somehow make it a tad easier to play with real life friends, as the 1hr hike sometimes just to reach a friend is a killing blow for a lot of people.... plus if its night, even worse. Learning signs and map is great and all and gets it done, but there could be a tad easier system in place. At the current moment its a pain to play with REAL life friends, and its just much easier to play solo and spawn and then find new friends in-game to grp with, because your REAL life buddy may have spawned north or clear south etc etc. Find it something that should be in place IMHO. #1 draw back i have with the mod. Makes teamwork just harder, and unnecessary time spent just running to meet a friend. Course Alpha is Alpha :) So no biggy

Yes it would be lovely. As my friend who is a ARMA 2 modder himself, i don't see how Rocket wouldn't do something to make with friends a tad easier. There are ways. Just patience and time I guess now. What really helps though is gunning it for a castle, get a compass, and get the HD Map off the web, get that open in PDF on 2nd screen and bam, in-game map and helps a lot more. But i can see newer players struggling even worse with buddies trying to game together.
