Is there a way to find out information on a Global Ban?

So I started up DayZ today after a long time of inactivity. When I join a game I get the error message saying "Global Ban #*****". I have no idea why I have this ban. I want to know if there is a way of finding any info about the ban. A couple months ago I got banned from ArmA 2 as well and I had no idea why, I contacted support and they accepted their mistake and gave me a new CD-Key. Hopefully someone can help me with this. Thanks :D -

Is there a minimum age? I'm 14 but i need to be part of a professional playing group, i.e. Tactical not just running around shooting people! -
(Ive never been a member of a forum before so if i have done something wrong please inform me) So recently my friends and i were playing on Uk 216 with as 50s (hell yeah) and the famous silent bullet noise happened and i find myself.. dead. So i spawn at kamarovo instantly to face a woman with a bandana pointing an M1A3 SD at me... she shoots me. Next spawn, balota. i run five meters then a flash of white and suddenly the same woman appears... she shoots me. This keeps happening until i finally defeat the hacker by getting to my old dead body (as50) and retreaving all my stuff. My friends were also victims of the same crime. im really sorry but does any one know how to continue to play on BE servers after a global ban. Even if it means getting a new game. I got my ban in a moment of rage. I lost an as 50 ,NV goggles , range finders ghillie suit and a 14 day old character because of a glitch. I then turned to item hack but i am a crap exploiter so i got banned. Please help i know im an idiot. -
Battleye have the worst customer service ever.. I have sent 6 emails all asking for a reply and 3 days after the first one i have received nothing not even a change to the status of my battleye!!!
