The standalone is being developed on a kind of "ArmA 2.5" engine. Basically, taking what DayZ needs out of the ArmA 3 engine and leaving the rest behind. -

Don't expect to keep it long if you're playing in a populated server. What vehicle is it?

Get down to 20 frames in cherno, I think my PC should be able to handle it, plus have to play on decently low settings.

You run, good sir. Let this be your guide for loot (clicking on the building(s) will show you what percentage certain gear has to spawn). It should take you roughly 40 - 50 minutes to reach the top of the map. The best places to find vehicles are along the west and north edges of the map, as well as the northeast most corner. I wouldn't even bother checking any spawns. -
Nice PowerPoint presentation. In all seriousness though, with that framerate I couldn't get a feeling of... well... anything really.

If a tent is empty and unattended it's glitched and will eat your weapons. You can verify the legitimacy of your personal tent by placing a low-value item in it, spamming the "save tent" option, and waiting for the next server restart. If the server restarts and the low-value item is still inside then the tent is safe.

I suggest adding more pictures. The likelyness of a new player (that isn't desperate) spending the required amount of time to read this guidie is small to say the least. Pictures will serve to retain interest and primarily further their understanding of the concepts you're trying to convey; large blocks of text don't suit everyone. Other than that, this is a thorough guide. -
