I think the game is better without the debug monitor because it shows how awesome this survival game really is. And for whoever said its difficult to keep track of your kills, it really isn't, the only time its hard is if you're playing with more then one bandit friend and you both shoot at an opponent at the same time and he or she drops and neither of you know who got the kill. But other then that not having the debug monitor is great imo.

The standalone is hopefully going to be so much better and hopefully it fixes what all these "Script Kiddies" are doing. But for me the game is still fun, even with the scripting I think its still fun and funny xD.

If you've did it right and you're on a .6 server, the tents should be saving correctly.

For now I think it is dieing a little. But when the game becomes standalone and hopefully everything is fixed I see this game getting even more people playing it.

I've been playing DayZ for about 2 months now and I've played with people and by myself and its fun but I like playing with others more and going for kills. Alright so this is for my friend who bought Arma 2: Combined Operations off of Steam. I have re-downloaded both of them for him three times now. At the moment I can play only Arma 2. When I go to play Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead it says "Failed to contact key server", when I go to re-install battleye it says the exact same thing, when I go to run Arma 2: Combined Operations it says the same thing as well. He has Six Launcher already downloaded and even when he had both downloaded before we downloaded them again it said "Bad serial number given in setup". Is there a fix for this? I looked around and these are the steps I tried for him. - Run steam as administrator. - Exit steam and re-open - re-install combined operations - verify integrity of game cache (even though on both arma 2 and arrowhead it said something about a file missing, but I tried this same thing on my copy and I got the same result and I can play and run DayZ) ???????????? Is there a way to fix this or am I missing something? Thanks.

You won't be able to play on normal settings, probably low settings only.

I looked around but I don't know if people are still having the issue I'm having. Everytime I log out or abort to do something else ill come back in a totally different position. I remember I aborted in electro and came back in Kamenka? Anyone else still having this issue?

AK mags are harder to find but the guns accuracy and damage dealt is great.

I agree with Dvious, finally someone who doesn't d/c after being shot at. But for the guy you killed I always take out people with axes unless they are friendly, haha don't wanna take the risk letting them live and then killing me.

Usually the loot areas take awhile for new loot to re-spawn. Just check around other buildings instead of the same ones. Most of the cities have multiple buildings you can go into and find ammo, guns, etc.

1. If you're just spawning into the game for the first time on a new character you will spawn somewhere random across the coast. You will only spawn near cities by the coast, never anywhere else. You always have a chance of a player spawning somewhere near you, either they are r/c or just starting on a new character like you, there will always be a chance but its low. 2. Yes, whenever you log out, you will re-spawn back in that same spot on any server you join and so on. 3. There are some servers that hold up to 65, 70, and 100 even. But for most servers the max limit is 50 and it just depends on where you're traveling and what towns/cities you're in. I can say that when I go into a high populated server of 25+ I can run around in the towns that don't have hospitals, supermarkets, etc, without seeing a single person. But when I go into a bigger city like Electro or Cherno I always see people because most people always flock to those cities to find guns and supplies.
