OK, submitted at Server Reports. Just waiting on the moderators to review and approve it and from there it's the Blacklist for US114 Kansas. Good work destroying your own server based on a gut-feeling.

AlexUrban3p, Since we have posted Ban Appeals he either has to post the evidence he has (for now he's just saying it was on a "gut-feeling" and a vote without evidence) or unban us. If he doesn't, we can get his server Blacklisted for not following the Server Hosting rules. EDIT: Oh yeah, they can't post any evidence, because THEY HAVE NONE. It's either an unbanning or the Blacklist for US114 Kansas.

Ok, we are clearly not hacking, scripting, or cheating. If we were, why in the hell would we stay on this forum for hours on end trying to get unbanned, just to go get banned again?!?! If we were hacking, we'd just go to another server. Vaal and Aspideronfire are the only decent admins you guys have, hopefully they can get you other admins here to see straight.

Sorry1337 is talking about what happened today. If you're referring to last night, we killed 6 people, and that was over a period of about 9 - 10 hours. Killed Vandelay after he teleported behind me, killed Bigfoot for his UAZ, broke TonyP's legs and put him down like Ol' Yellar, killed JD and Endoshez for their Boat, and shot down Jake running near the coast. That's just off of memory, but I'm pretty positive we never killed anyone more than once, atleast not within seconds, maybe 10 or 15 minutes after we spotted them while we were in the vehicles. But this all doesn't matter anymore, we're not hackers/cheaters/scripters, so either post some REAL EVIDENCE saying otherwise or have your server Blacklisted. It's really as simple as that. Or... You can simply unban us and let us continue to play on your server without any problems.

Wow, It was VANDELAY who was spawning the helicopters. Post your evidence or enjoy having your server Blacklisted. We never spawned a damn thing, nor used a hacked weapon. And I think server disruptive would be KILLING MORE THAN A SINGLE PERSON with said hacked equipment, or making it so nobody could play. Did we do any of this? Nope.

This is just crazy, I don't understand how an admin can just go about banning people without any evidence. Going on a gut-feeling or chat logs is just insane. We were not hacking or cheating or anything of the sort. I don't know how I can say this any clearer. I'm sorry for my previous insults but this just ridiculous. If you unban us you would be able to see we're not hacking. We've never spawned weapons or vehicles, never used them, and have never teleported. I love this game as my fellow squad mates do, so you can see my frustration in the fact that we've been banned and accused of hacking.

And what lie did I just say? You need to stop lying, TonyP clearly stated we were teleporting. Stop covering up for your friend, you are just a terrible admin who likes to ban people. YOU NEED EVIDENCE TO BAN, when you ban without evidence you make yourself look like a fool.

No..... Frijoles Bandito was the first person to get banned, and I was next, no idea when you banned Gonzolo. You also banned AlexUrban3p, what reason do you have for his ban? He hasn't done anything wrong either, the most he's done was steal someones truck and destroyed it. You are way too ban happy and need to lose your admin privelages.

Second, he used that alias so you wouldn't ban him, ( although you did spam kick him). He even said that ingame. Third, that doesn't mean anything. Last but not least, Forth. zeSty said there were hacked weapons LAST NIGHT being used by the guy named Reece. I said WE, As in my group of THREE, didn't have any hacked weapons. Just say it man, you have ABSOLUTELY ZERO EVIDENCE that we were using hacked weapons, scripting, cheating, or otherwise doing anything that we could get banned for.

Hello there admin, you are dead wrong. We never admitted that, that was someguy who I've never even met. And why do you have admitted in quotations? That makes it sound like we didn't really admit anything, you just interpreted something wrong and said it was us admitting. We have never hacked, cheated, or scripted. You banned the wrong people. And TonyP said "They were using hacked weapons and teleporting and killing everyone." We killed Mr. Happy with a few shots after we spotted him at the Balota Airfield, and thats all. I wouldn't really say we killed everyone just from 1 guy. We had an L85A2 AWS, AS50, and an M14. Last time I checked those are all legit weapons. In regards to Teleporting, we were in a car, not teleporting. Next time don't ban unless you have EVIDENCE, not just chat logs you goon. Anyone can say "I saw a hacker, his name was Whatever, ban him!" The funny thing is, you guys would start up a vote, without any evidence, and ban him. I mean really, next time why don't you WATCH us, and try and get a video or screenshot of it.

Me and my team of three were driving in our Old Hatchback back to our camp, and I notice one of my mates getting banned. Next thing I know, I'm banned too. We weren't hacking, cheating, or scripting. I suspect it was an admin by the name of TonyP because we broke his legs, got out, and executed him the day before. We've been accused of hacking before because we had Ghillie suits and 2 vehicles. We were cruising along the coastline to our camp and without a warning or anything, banned. Can't really post evidence because well, we weren't doing anything worthy of fraps, and the only thing it said was that I was banned. If we can get unbanned that would be great. Our ingame names were Vilapickle and Frijoles Bandito. EDIT: My friend logged out before he got banned, and the admin is indeed TonyP. He was mad that we killed him, and started making stories that we were using Hacked Weapons and Teleporting. Friend logged in under a different name so the admin wouldn't ban him. This is the reason the admin banned us. TonyP - "We made a vote based on gut-feeling and the chat logs, and from that we banned them." EDIT: Most likely not admin abuse, just admins who dislike having evidence before banning.

Server: US114 Kansas Time: 9:40 PM GMT -07:00 What Happened: I'm running through the forest, and the next thing I hear is a Motorcycle approaching. I Turn and watch him stop and open fire. I had 3 direct hits in the chest with the M14 and 'Instantly' knew he wasn't legit because he tanked those shots, and he had an outfit with a Red Beret on. I log out and come back a few minutes later, next thing in chat is the hacker saying he wants to kill me real quick, and he has my exact distance. All of a sudden, I hear a horn from a bus, and just over the hilltop, I spot a bus with a rainbow smoke trail following it. I open fire again and put 2 magazines into the drivers seat, and see him driving right at me. So I log out and come here. His name was x22 Kaos Fucm.
