I dunno why but I always see hero's with the m14. I would say that is the hero weapon.

True. But still a lot of the civi weapons in the game (enfeild, hunting rifle, etc) have a very small muzzle flash. Maybe I am just nit picking.

Right because a survivor in the zombie infested world is going to have a 1.Missile launcher. 2.Laser guiding system. 3.Missiles for the launcher. 4.Ability to know how to use the launcher. I am even less concerned about the missile launcher. He mentioned AC130... Just what our ZOMBIE SURVIVAL GAME needs. A high tech military gun ship! Makes a lot of sense if you don't think about it...at all.

Its going to be very hard to make it so zombies can hit us while moving without them hitting us 100% of the time with the arma engine. The arma engine is pretty limited in what it can do. Though I am sure rocket and his devs will find a way.

I think they just need to improve muzzle flashes. I can fire a DMR in the middle of the night and it will barley even light up the area. IN RL when you fire a weapon in the middle of the night in pitch darkness EVERYONE in visual range is going to see the flash.

What the.... 1. This is poorly written. I barley have a clue what you are saying. 2. You shouldn't be punished for the simple act of logging out (unless your combat logging) 3. Controlling a demon parasite monster thing is so far out of character for dayz... Have you played too much of "The Darkness" and thought that it would work in dayz?

Bandits are part of the game. IF everyone was a hero what would be the point of having a dmr? Despite people thinking everyone in the game koses (which I know isn't true because I encounter plenty of friendly's) we do need a few KOS bandits. The people sniping in elek and cherno can stop though... Killing for the sake of killing and not looting is bad and should be reduced. Also I love when people say "it was better before we had kos" ....KOS was here from the start. I played dayz pretty early on and I remember it was always around. We need more zombies spawning in woods then... Give a reason not to camp in a bush for a hour.

No side effects please. Smoking side effects are long term. Besides bad breath and being a bit smelly there are not any side effects that kick in right away. I would say add em for RP reasons only.

Inbound to graveyard? Posters would be nice if people would buy them.

The zombie itself is unrealistic. Saying that is like asking for realistic dragons! Also there are so many zombie/infected movies/books/games that a zombie can be anything as long as it. 1. Eats humans. 2. Is gory, shows some kind of decay. 3. Infects on bite (unless the survivors are immune, like in dayz, there are some exceptions though. Like return of the living dead.)

The lean sounds good. I am really hoping for seasons in standalone. Seasons change every 24 hours maybe?

I agree with this guy. Bosses seem too arcadey for dayz.

I can imagine holding someone up. From behind they might look normal. "HEY, DON'T TURN AROUND!" *zombie goes into supersprint and one shot KO's bandit with less then 9000 blood" Then later that bandit will go the forums and says "SOME SPEED HACKER JUST KILLED MEH! HE DIDNT EVEN HAZ GUN"

I am just curious what are some of the WORST bandits you have ever seen. I mean like REALLY BAD. Like someone who would suck at dayz even with hacks. For me it was yesterday. Some guy snuck up behind me and told me to not turn around. I ask him what he wants he says (in a 8 year old voice) "Don't move, I need to make sure i hit". Well seeing as he plans on killing me I start running while I try to find cover. Then he starts screaming 'STOP! I AM GOING TO SHOOT YOU! IF YOU DON'T STOP I WILL SHOOT YOU!" He just said he is going to shoot me, now he says if I stop he won't. Eventually I turn around and start shooting (note he has not fired a single shot). I him in the leg and he starts screaming again (this time in side chat) "NOOOOOO! I FINALLY GOT LOOT, STOP IT! WHY ARE YOU KILLING ME? I HAVEN'T SHOT YOU YET!" (he kept talking but I had no clue what he was saying. I think he may have been crying). After he died I heard some background shouting off his mic (I think his parents discovered him) and he suddenly disconnected. I checked his loot, he had a lee enfeild whole time... With no ammo. I am REALLY hoping that guy was trolling. Because if someone can be that bad and ragey at dayz then I am losing hope in humanity. Sorry for any spelling/grammar mistakes. I am sure the grammar nazi party will deal with me if they find any. Anyways if anyone thinks they know/can find a worst bandit. I HAVE TO KNOW. I didn't think anyone this dumb could install the mod!

I do this all the time. WHy waste ammo on someone with no weapon or who is friendly? They always seem so surprised.

Also the reason we trust people is because sometimes they are not total do*chers and will something good will actually come of it. Also...If your unarmed and you meet people with guns.
