I still want a super soaker added to dayz. Blurrys someones vision with a headshot and makes them grunt from being annoyed. Maybe if its cold out they could get colder from the water, possibly causing a infection.

Seems too goofy. Easter eggs are cool and I wouldn't mind bigfoot. But the only time you could possible see him should be at night and though binoculars or a sniper scope. Encountering bigfoot close up and being able to kill him is too much.

I disagree with the first one because we have enough military weapons in dayz. Too much actually. I like don't like number 2 because dayz zombies are dangerous enough already. Just one punch can Mike Tyson you sometimes. Also the zombies can outrun the player. Number 3 is good by why radios? Seems like a odd choice. It would work better to throw a flare or chem light. Or a bottle. Also you can already do this with smoke grenades. *though we do need more items capable of getting zombie argro.*

I am good without it. Don't think it would add anything. For a man trying to survive the zombie doom I think overcooked meat is the least of his worries.

Can we graveyard it instead? Orlock has been losing some weight recently....

This thread needs to go in the graveyard. NO ONE IS AGREEING WITH THE SUGGESTION and MadMack is not responding to anything. A good suggestion has the op responding to the critics (and I don't mean raging at them for disagreeing) or revising the suggestion if no one likes it. Currently the only reason this thread exist is so can everyone yell at the dumb suggestion.

The world has gone to sh*t and is covered with zombies and bandits. Of course people are going to drink all the whiskey!

Pulling out my hunting knife as a weapon sounds good but no takedowns plz. We are just survivors trying to survive not special ops teams. Maybe a take down FOR ZOMBIES ONLY would be good. My main issue with killing zombies is unless you have a SD gun there is no way to stealthily kill a zombie without pulling out your hatchet. The ability to quick draw your knife and take one down would be nice.

Dayz is a hardcore open world survival game. Adding in a random shop and vault would really take away from the immersion. The currency is dayz is trade. "Hey I will give you 4 beans for those binoculars" that is how trade in dayz works. We don't need money. If we want more people in dayz to be friendly then my suggestion is to make ammo rare. Currently there is very little penalty for wasting bullets (plus with all the hackers spawning in weps and ammo are not making things better)

You must have been camping this thread if you reacted to what I said that quickly because I edited it as soon as I posted it and got rid of that part. I actually agree with what you said. That is why i edited it out.

Not trying to be rude but I wouldn't make suggestions if you hadn't played dayz. Its hard to know what is good for a game you haven't played. Anyways about the heat thing it would work but there is one problem. Have you seen chernonaus? Its not a very hat place from the looks. It actually looks like the average temp is around 60 degrees. This could work in Takistan or Lingor but I don't think there are any places hot enough in normal dayz for you have heat problems! We have heat packs in Dayz but there are no ice packs!

Rereading this I am still confused. You are saying we are immune to this....but by being effected by it zombies ignore us but we are losing blood. Why am I losing blood? Am I immune or infected? I think you have your infections confused. The infection you character gets is just a really bad cold. The zombie infection has no cure.

Define "bullet proof" we have Kevlar vest that can stop most conventional weapons. But a large weapon like a m60 or a 50 cal sniper will go right though. The vest police wear can stop pistols and such. Then you have sh*t like EOD suits. Which can stop quite a bit *however you become immobile as heck* I don't know much about EODS though so I am not sure how much it protects you. Also the reason people only wear bullet proof vest and not full body armor is because anything that is bullet proof is usually also very heavy. So if a character wears a Kevlar tunic or whatever he should get slowed down. And as always as you pointed out. Even if it stops the bullet you are still going to get the full impact. If its a pistol your probably just stagger back unless its a big one. If its a AKM or such you will probably get knocked over and even take some dmg *a broken rib or such*. Still better then nothing though.

Yeah I would find a new one. I know it sucks but some admins don't want to actually "work" and if a lot of people say they are a hacker then the admin just bans without question. I think it depends on the road. I have a road outside my door. I barley make any noise when I run on it. But a few blocks away there is a older road and the whole block knows when I run on that one.

I like the ideal. I would wear the gas mask 24/7 just for the cool looks (I play a lot of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.) But I think there should be more to it then just protection from infections. Maybe like contaminated areas with a cloud or a some kind of harmful bio agent. Like that red goop from prototype or the spores from Last of US.

Yeah I don't encourage ideals that support people just killing players for the sake of killing them. Little do people know that there is actually a high effective way of killing someone for their stuff! Step 1. Get a gun. Step 2. Point gun at someone. step 3. Pull trigger couple times until they stop moving. I find this method works quite well!
