I'm pretty sure this has been suggested tons of times before, and I have been inactive for over 2 months, so really it is quite an old idea :P

I've never found one myself, however after using it after it was given to me by one of my ex-clan members I can safely say that I'd much prefer something such as the DMR over it. Sure, it takes like 40,000 blood in one shot and can blow up vehicles, but it just doesn't feel... right. I can't really explain it =/

Yeah... having the ability to fire 6 40mm grenades at once *might* not sit well with the community :P.

What, stuff you found on a player/tent and don't need?

To be honest, just repair a bike. It only requires like 3 things and can still go crazy fast if you know what you are doing + it's a great offroader + It needs no gas. No need to give away all your gear just for a car that always needs to be refueled.

Hey, the Lee Enfield does as much damage as the M14 and manages to be quick and accurate at a pretty good range. Combine this with extremely common ammo and you have an amazing starter PvP weapon.

Yes. There is an extremely small chance of catching an infection at 36C and below, and reaching 33C and below will guarantee a cold which just makes you shake like you're in pain. It usually takes a very long time to get low temps though.

Yeah, pretty much ^. Good luck, antibiotics are extremely rare and can only be found in hospitals. The infection just makes him lose 3 blood per second until he hits 6000, so he technically can't die from it.

I often wonder how these people get hero skins... I guess they just spam-kill bandits and then even it out by tricking survivors :P

While I agree the "nothing to lose" motive is a pretty big problem, I don't really like the idea of restricting how many lives the player can use per day. If this was implemented, than I would have only been able to play a maximum of 30 minutes for the entire day when I first started DayZ.

Maybe he shot you in a different place on his screen than where it actually registered? As far as I know, neck shots are usually fatal, however it really depends on if it's the "upper" part of the neck or the "lower" part of the neck, in which case it should count as a chest shot.

So, as you may have read, I was all pumped and ready to get to NWAF a few days ago. Made it all the way to Rogovo only to have the server restart and have me plumped back onto the coast with zero gear. So, after gathering up more loot, I decided to have another go at it, and after a long sprinting trip, FINALLY reached the NWAF. I was following the main road that comes out to the right of Vybor. I followed this because the SW barracks was very close to this path according to the DayZ loot map. After sneaking around 30+ zeds, all this building yielded was disappointment; I found an AKS Kobra which I didn't need as I already had an AK assault rifle. In the end, I ended up finding another 3 mags for my AKM, which I took immediately. I then went all the way around to the South to reach the other barracks without having to run on the airstrip (might as well put up a sign that says, "Please Shoot Me.") On the way I ended up sneaking by the fire-station and saw a sniper in a ghillie taking pot-shots with his sniper at the top. I took aim and was able to fire two full shots into him, which successfully knocked him unconscious. However, I wasn't able to finish him off or loot him as at least a dozen military zombies were after me. I sprinted to the next barracks and ran through as fast as possible. Just when I thought it was useless, I catch sight of a DMR in the last little room w/ 3 mags. Going at lightning speed, I put the weapon and the 3 mags into my ALICE pack and then sprint into the woods. I am somehow able to lose all of the zombies along the way, but I still keep sprinting East, until I get lucky and come upon a heli crash-sight. I near-instantly go prone, and it doesn't take long for at least 15 zombies to spawn all at once. I snake my way to the chopper and end up finding military camo clothing (good for me because this bandit skin has been stuck to me the past 2 lives) and an M249 SAW w/ one mag, which I eagerly replace my AKM for. I also find yet another DMR and a 7.62 ammo box with 10 DMR, Dragunov, and M24 mags each, which I didn't bother fitting onto me. I then sprint back into the woods, now at an undisclosed location. Was I lucky? Was this a good run? Anything similar happen to you? Thanks for reading! :)

Every gun store I try to find ends up wanting only a very specific selection of things because they haven't actually finished their gun store. Is there any gun store out there that I can actually use?

Will take a ghillie suit if you will accept an M249 SAW with 2 ammo belts. *EDIT* Will also take an M4A1 CCO SD w/ mags if you can find one. Really, really want that gun =/

You play on various servers with up to 64 players. You can team up with other players (generally very hard to do unless it's an IRL thing) or become a soloist that kills everyone on sight. Your choice.
