when you edit your characters face in... Pilots? (my ARMA is in another language so im not sure if it's the right translation)

Same problem here, tried everything except reinstalling the OS. I've even considered buying a new copy, since its fairly clear to me that's my character what's bugged. I suppose a reset would do the trick? I've haven't been able to play for a week... please help.
