    Bump. I also suspect the same thing happened to me. I was playing in a server once called DE 72 and then suddenly the session was lost. I tried to look for it again and found one with the same name yet somehow it was different. In this server I could see myself on the map but previously it was not so. I don't think it was the same server because there were also more and different people there. I had the IP and pasted it and found a different server, again called DE 72, yet nothing was there at all. So... what is going on? I think the admin changed the name. If I find the new server will I also find my stuff?

    I'm having more problems with the new patch so would it be ok if I downgrade? Will my character still have all his items, etc?

    From what I understand you haven't even updated to 1.7.2.5 so I don't understand why you are criticizing the update when you're unable to get it to work. This is what you have to do because six launcher isn't working for me and my friends: Have 1.7.2.4 installed, download the latest update via torrent, place the new files into the addons folder (@dayz/addons) and overwrite everything. Voila, you are now updated to the latest dayz.
